There was no sign Restaurant was open for evening eating. No menus around. No signage
Pool area was very small 8 in all sun beds and guests stayed all day on sun beds. Outdoor space was too 'wild'-

Room was not well designed and not up to five star standard.My own bed had a slope where mattress was uncomfortable.
Hotel was very far out of centre and no chance of going into city only by taxi
It is a very pretty historic feel hotel but not well run or practical, but breakfast was lovely with nice service

For this place to consider itself a 5 star
Hotel is a mere joke. This has to be one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrival, we found hair in our “fresh” bed, hair on our water bottle, stains on the walls that look like feces, stains in the bathroom, piles of dust, no slippers, no scales… and when you ask for them to address these issues with house keeping, nothing gets done. Instead we come back to our room unswept, crumbs left behind as if all they did was make the bed and hang up the towels. Whoever gave them the 5 star status is not considering what this hotel has become. Absolutely ridiculous. Nothing worse than a dirty stay. I will be following up with a formal complaint.

At a hotel of this level, you expect a certain standard of service — there is none here.

Staff. Reception is unwelcoming: sour, irritated faces throughout our entire stay. At checkout, they didn’t even respond to our goodbye. It’s impossible to reach reception by phone — they simply don’t pick up. We asked for slippers to be brought to our room — they never came. Housekeeping entered our room without knocking — they just barged in announcing “cleaning.” This is a serious violation of guest privacy.

Pool. Looks large in the photos, but in reality it’s tiny — only six sun loungers, which are permanently occupied.

Breakfast. Don’t book it — not worth the money. There’s a barrier at the entrance and a queue while staff slowly search for your name on the list. Our coffee was only made correctly on the third attempt. The only decent food option was eggs, and even those were cold. Very poor selection. A shame, because the breakfast room itself is beautiful.

Room. The shower was broken — only the small handheld head worked, not the main one. The toiletries were mixed up: the lotion bottle was filled with shower gel. The balcony was dirty, with ash left over from previous guests.

Niestety obsługa kelnerska na śniadaniu oraz w "kawiarni" na tarasie w godzinach do południowych. Panie niestety totalnie nie rozgarnięte, na pytanie czy możemy poprosić herbatę otrzymaliśmy informację od jednej z nich, że się skończyła i jest to co jest. Następnie druga przyniosła po chwili cały zapas herbaty (czarnej i earlgray). W dniu wyjazdu mieliśmy 30 minut do transferu na lotnisko. Żona zamówiła lemoniadę oraz espresso tonic. Nic nadzwyczajnego. W finalne po 4 upominaniach się otrzymaliśmy jedynie espresso tonic. W finale taksówka już czekała a Pani powiedziała, że ma "problem" z lemoniada, która była w karcie. W związku z tym poprosiłem o zwrot płatności za lemoniadę, gdyż nie mogliśmy dłużej czekać. Dramat totalny, na kartę nie mogli zwrócić, gotówki w kasie Pani nie miała, druga poszła na recepcję po pieniądze i w finale usłyszałem, że mi nie zwrócą bo nie mają... może przy następnym zamówieniu mi odliczą. Tyle, że my już wracaliśmy do domu. Bardzo to niestety było słabe, nie chodzi o 10 euro, tylko o zasadę.
