No había agua caliente en la habitación y no funcionaban las lámparas de mesa, y uno de los enchufes para recargar

El personal fue muy atento y amable. Las vistas de la habitación eran preciosas.
Zeer lekker en betaalbaar gegeten in het restaurant, maar deze hoort helemaal niet bij het hotel. Persooneel vriendelijk in het hotel. Ik had de grote familiekamer en een heerlijk groot bed en balkon, maar de kamer deze is zeer minimalistisch en klinisch ingericht. Er hangte enkel een spiegel aan de muur.
Ligging is prachtig richting Taag, maar aan een gemeentelijk zwembad. Ziet er een beetje uit als een rotzooitje. Voorzijde gericht op enorme stinkende papierfabriek. Het stinkt er echt de hele dag wanneer de wind richting het hotel staat. Ontbijt zwaar onder de maat, karig, koud roerei in plastic bakken.

Pequeno-almoço fraco, quando chegamos às 8h já não havia quase nada, não fizeram reposição de bacon, croissant, ovos mexidos...entre outros.

O hotel é muito bom, espaços muito limpos, confortáveis e agradáveis; o quarto era exatamente como nas imagens, muito limpo e com bom ambiente;
O staff é super prestável e atencioso e muito simpático!
O pequeno almoço é bom, com variedade.
Tivémos pena de não ficar em quarto com vista para a piscina/rio; a box do chuveiro deixava sair imensa água pelo que tivemos de usar as toalhas para não ficarmos com o wc todo molhado.
A piscina é municipal (tal não é mencionado pelo booking, apesar de constar no site do hotel), tem uma área de espreguiçadeiras (pequena) e wc reservados ao hotel; torna-se muito pouco sossegada e relaxante, especialmente numa tarde de Sábado no verão quando se tornou realmente muito difícil abstrairmo-nos de toda a confusão e barulho.
No pequeno almoço o café é péssimo e o sumo de laranja poderia ser natural.
