Pros:

A simpática dos funcionários, a suíte maravilhosa, a vista, o pequeno almoço. Tínhamos reservado duas noites e ao fim do primeiro dia pedimos para reservar mais um, ficámos três dias e foi incrível.

Cons:

Não são criticas apenas sugestões de melhoria. O pequeno almoço podia ter sumo de fruta natural, a zona da piscina com espreguiçadeiras para os hóspedes do hotel é um pouco pequena e muito quente em dias de calor, no entanto o valor das outras espreguiçadeiras é super acessível por isso é fácil de resolver.

Pool and restaurant closed - did not reflect the facilities advertised - misleading and disappointing

Clean and modern room, good breakfast

Cons:

I booked this place because of the large pool and a well-rated restaurant. I arrived tired, hot and hungry after a long cycle ride and all looked really good at first. But to my horror the pool was not operational because of ‘taking longer than expected to remove chemicals to a safe level’. And worse still, the restaurant was closed due to ‘an incident at the company operating it which is out of our control’. What really upset me was that I was not informed at check-in or which would have given me time to change plans. I was left to find out for myself when i tried to use the pool and the restaurant.
