Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Estaba muy limpio, el desayuno estaba muy bien y la fruta que dejan gratis, es un extra.

Cons:

El baño del último piso tiene el techo inclinado y hay que agacharse un poco cuando uno está adentro

Las habitaciones espaciosa, el patio trasero muy relajante, donde podías tomarte algo incluso si tu te lo llevabas de afuera

Los baños, mini, no tenias espacio para dos personas juntas, si uno estaba en la ducha y otro en el water, tenías que esperar a salir de la ducha jajaj

We had a pleasant stay would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, and good amenities.
Pros:

The receptionists were great and very friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Shampoo, soap, and body lotion were provided in the bathroom. Coffee, tea, and water were available at any time, and guests could also enjoy complimentary popcorn and fresh fruit. The location was great, close to the metro station, and grocery stores were just a short walk away. Breakfast was not included in our rate, but it looked quite good. We were also allowed to use the terrace during breakfast hours. A small gym is available.

Cons:

The hotel has been renovated, but the work was not done to a high standard, which was disappointing.

nao consegui trocar as 2 noites que paguei pelos dois quartos para outra altura, paguei 2 quartos ate dia 12 e fizemos check out dia 10/07/26 avisei com antecedência mas foram insensíveis ao meu pedido de troca éramos 4 adultos 2 quartos eu so queria trocar 1 noite para dia 04/10/26 e so 1 quarto

Extremely friendly personnel at the front desk - eager to help and to recommend places to visit/shop etc. Perfect breakfasts. Great ice cream next door.

Cons:

Too thick pillows which almost break your neck. Safety deposit box not working. Payment on arrival.
