Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben spät abends nach einer zweiten Decke gefragt. Der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat alles möglich gemacht uns eine zu besorgen. Direkt nebenan ist eine sehr leckere Eisdiele.
Das Bett war sehr klein, ist aber auf Grund der Zimmergrösse gar nicht anders möglich.
Ótima localização, e muito atenciosa a Catarina.
Do banheiro muito pequeno
The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent with lovely terrace seating. A nice bonus was the free popcorn available during the day.
We weren’t informed that room cleaning was only available on request, so our room wasn’t cleaned during our three-night stay and towels started piling up.

Localização, instalações e i atendimento doa funcionários. As recepcionistas Patrícia e Catarina q sempre estavam dispostas a ajudar.
Nao esquecendo da pipoca disponível p os hóspedes.

It was an absolute joy to stay at this hotel, but mailny thanks to Catarina, the most wonderful receptionist one could ever wish for! She provided 5 star experience in a 3 star hotel! Wow! I would one hundred percent come back if I had a guarantee that she was working during my stay! I asked if they have ice machine and she said, they don’t, but later on she found me grinning with a glass full of ice, I’m fairly sure she went to nearby places to ask for some 🥹 honesty great place, BUT if you go on a business trip, make sure you have noise canceling headphones because walls are paper thin.
No sound isolation between rooms
