ABSOLUTE HORROR SHOW – RUN AWAY! NO WATER, NO SERVICE, COMPLETE SCAM!
This is, without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed in Bali. If you are considering booking this property, DO NOT DO IT. Save yourself the stress, money, and health hazard.
Here is what actually happened during my stay:
Zero Running Water: There was literally NO WATER on the property for hours. I couldn't wash my hands, brush my teeth, or take a shower. The bungalow was completely unlivable and unsanitary.
Non-existent Service & Ghosting Hosts: They simply do not care about their guests. I messaged them multiple times on WhatsApp and called them, but was completely ignored. I even reported the missing water to the receptionist in person, came back hours later, and absolutely nothing had been done. No help, no update, no apology.
Greedy & Money-Hungry: They had the audacity to demand extra cash for checking in just 60 minutes early—something I have never experienced anywhere else in Bali—yet they couldn't even provide basic necessities like running water or a simple requested hairdryer.
In the end, I was forced to pack my bags, abandon the property at night, and pay out-of-pocket for emergency accommodation elsewhere in Canggu just to be able to take a shower.
The management is incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unresponsive. I have already initiated a dispute for a full refund through Booking.com and my credit card company.
Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be scammed and left stranded with no water!

Грязний басеїн, в бачок унітазу вода набиралась два рази на добу, відсутня гаряча вода, старий та шумний кондиціонер, прибирання три рази на місяць, хотів з'їхати і попросив повернути залишок після цього зв'язок з помешкання зник до мого виселення, бронюйте на день якщо надумаєте краще раз побачити.

I hate to be that guy but this is just a heads up for anyone staying here. Shower pressure was pretty terrible, there was stains on the bedsheets, and the water cuts off from like 11pm at night. We were left multiple times without the ability to shower, which in 30+ degree days is not fun when you want to wind down and go to sleep. Also we weren’t even given our room we paid for at first, we then had to wait until the next day and speak with someone. Basic things that need to be addressed you know, don’t expect anything special.

The property was okay for comfort. There was no housekeeping therefore had to request new towels when there was staff on site. The room was very dark with very poor lighting, and the shower was awful.

Sheets stained, looked and felt very very different to photos. Very dark in room, mosquito nets smelled funny and all torn up. But a bit one was the sheets stained and just generally not nice, they also didn’t come to clean the room or sheets at all even though they said they would and we put a clean my room sign up

Internet ne fonctionnait pas bien et comme je travaille en ligne je ne pouvais pas passer mes appels (impossible de rester)

Shower was smelly and not cleaned, poor water flow, poor ventilation, outdated room, aircon was not cool

The staff was terrible , they are not properly trained on how to treat the guests. There is a lady who calls herself the manager . She had zero hospitality and the way she treated us was horrible . We were disturbed at late nights to clarify about complimentary breakfast , which was clearly booked as part of the website . And no water bottles were provided per day . Owner should take care of this . Worst experience
