Es waren zehn traumhafte Tage.
Pros:

Sehr stylisches Hotel mit einem super Personalteam. Die farbigen Zimmer sind witzig und man kann auch Farbwünsche angeben. Das Essen im Restaurant ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt.

fantástica i recomendable 100%.
Pros:

Esmorzar molt bo. Atenció del personal. La situación del hotel es fantástica, té molt a prop entrada de metro i central de tren, restaurants als carrers del costal .

Cons:

Pot millorat amb l´organització entre cuina i cambrers, hi hagut petis errors o espera entre plats una mica lenta.

Ganz klar: das schönste Hotel, in dem ich je war.
Pros:

Alles, aber wirklich alles! Angefangen bei der herzlichen und unkomplizierten Kommunikation vor unserer Ankunft über das unglaublich nette und aufmerksame Personal bis hin zum hervorragenden Service. Auch die Einrichtung ist einfach wunderschön und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir hatten uns ein blaues Zimmer gewünscht und tatsächlich eines bekommen – ein kleines Detail, das unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Das Frühstück hat eine grosse Auswahl mit super Add-ons und es war alles superlecker.

Pros:

Dienstage des Hotels war super und direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück hat mir super geschmeckt und die Auswahl war zwar nicht groß aber ausreichend und dafür Qualitativ hochwertig. Wir bekamen ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade daher waren unsere Zimmer groß. Das Bad und das Zimmer waren sauber und schick eingerichtet. Das Personal war super hilfreich und freundlich. Wir suchten nach einem Mietwagen und fanden keinen, doch als wir das Hotelpersonal um Hilfe baten, organisierten sie uns innerhalb weniger Minuten ein Wagen.
