A beautiful hotel with thoughtful detail on every floor and in every room.
Pros:

Everything!!! The staff couldn’t do enough for you, from the free welcome drink to the delicious dinner in the restaurant. We highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent accommodation and fine service in a top notch location
Pros:

Superb hospitality and service in an excellent place in a top notch location. Proactive pre arrival communication and prompt attention all around, sumptuous breakfast options and attention to detail by all staff we came across - Martins, Mathieu and Beatriz at the front office were most helpful with our requests. Restaurant staff were superb as well.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all super.

Maravilhoso, melhor hotel de Lisboa
Pros:

O melhor hotel que já nos hospedamos até hoje. Tudo excelente, desde as pessoas que tivemos contato, até as acomodações, café da manhã. Sem falar da localização, que é perfeita. Fizemos todos os pontos turísticos a pé, com exceção da torre de Belém e do trajeto aeroporto/trem que fizemos ambos de metrô/eletrico. Fizeram do começo da nossa lua de mel um espetáculo.

Nada. Tudo perfeito!

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Even though the rooms were small, the efficient design helped get everything we needed. Bathrooms were excellent. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The biggest problem was with our rooms facing the Main Street. It was difficult for me because I need open windows and fresh air when I'm sleeping. Due to how busy the main street was, the garbage trucks working late at night and street noise it was very noisy.

One of the best states I’ve had in a while, beautiful hotel and the staff is just phenomenal. Great breakfast as well.

Fernando and Beatriz World Class Service
Pros:

I have been traveling all over the world. Minimum more than 200 nights i spend in different hotels. As a genius level 3 member on Booking i wanna mention Fernando and Beatriz world-class service.

If management see this review please make them as directors of your hotel and never let them go. Because of this two wonderful souls Hotel is shining. I highly recommend to stay here and I hope Fernando and Beatriz get a salary increments or recognition.
