Fernando and Beatriz World Class Service
Pros:

I have been traveling all over the world. Minimum more than 200 nights i spend in different hotels. As a genius level 3 member on Booking i wanna mention Fernando and Beatriz world-class service.

If management see this review please make them as directors of your hotel and never let them go. Because of this two wonderful souls Hotel is shining. I highly recommend to stay here and I hope Fernando and Beatriz get a salary increments or recognition.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, uniquely designed, centrally located and very comfortable. Wonderful bed! The staff was friendly, warm and helpful with anything I needed. I felt very welcome and well cared for during my stay. Excellent restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Chambres bien que très belles sont un peu petites, peu d’espace dans le lobby. Pas de gym

Os funcionários são bem atenciosos, educados e gentis. O hotel possui uma ótima localização e uma decoração bem bacana. O café da manhã possui várias opções interessantes e conta com menu a la carte, além do buffet.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und war rundum zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen und Trinken im Hotelrestaurant war ein wunderbares Erlebnis.

One small thing: The size of the rooms. A tiny bit too small. But it is what it is – the architecture of the original building sets the tone… wouldn’t go anywhere else, so I live with the size!
