Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding
Pros:

nog steeds top hotel, vriendelijke bediening en top ontbijt. Zeer aangename roofbar.

Cons:

Zwembad op dak is natuurlijk zeer klein en parking kan alleen met lift naar beneden (en dus niet voor grotere wagens)
Ligging is wel een beetje uit het centrum

Personal de primera en el centro de Coimbra
Pros:

El personal es excelente. El hotel no tiene nada de particular, pero los empleados lo hacen funcionar tan bien, que la experiencia es muy positiva. Ojalá sigan así. Fueron amabilisimos en todo momento y conviertieron la estancia en unos días placenteros y relajados.

Buen desayuno y otra vez un servicio excepcional.

Cons:

El servicio en el restaurante de la última planta es lento. El personal es impecable y encantador, pero la comida tarda mucho en llegar incluso si se piden cosas muy sencillas. Por lo demás, todo está bien.

Increíble, lo mejor del viaje
Pros:

Buena localización, habitación limpia y cómoda, rooftop y piscina perfectos para nuestra estancia en verano (agua limpia, cuidada, y no fría ya que da el sol de lleno), vestuarios para ducharse y cambiarse en caso de quedarse en la piscina después de check-out, desayuno muy completo y delicioso, estética original del hotel. Staff muy amable.

Cons:

Tan solo 6 hamacas en la piscina, es muy poco, por lo que no caben los huéspedes y cause que el área esté un poco abarrotada. Gente sentada o estirada en el suelo, etc. Aún así disfrutamos mucho. Realmente todo increíble.

Beliggenhed, venligt personale, rooftop. God beliggenhed, fint værelse

Cons:

Poolen var beskidt, der var kun 6 liggestole og det var en kamp at komme til. For at sidde på rooftop skal man købe i restauranten

Hospitalité 10/10 rendant la visite de la ville de Porto encore plus belle
Pros:

- Structure, chambre, design, équipements, rooftop & piscine impeccables
- Petit déjeuner excellent, qualité parfaite
- Exceptionnel: " le client est Roi" - chaque membre du personnel, sans exception, est toujours souriant, répond bien en anglais, cherche à rendre votre séjour parfait, est pro-actif pour vous aider dans l'hotel, mais aussi pour les visites dans Porto ou même ailleurs ils vous conseillent de façon pertinente, vous reconnaissent/savent qui vous êtes comme si vous étiez les seuls clients de l'hotel: tout simplement "bluffant".
- Forte recommendation: comme dirait Julius Caesar "Veni,Vidi,Vincci" (Je ne connaissais pas le groupe hotelier Vincci)

Cons:

Si l'hotel était localisé seulement 300m plus proche du centre, cela aurait été encore plus magnifique
