Pros:

The roof top pool bar was a great place to go and relax, the view was great over the city and the airport

Cons:

The hotel itself was a little aged but over all, a great spot to spend your time if you are catching a late flight

Pros:

The bed is so amazing after a long trip. Hotel located near the airport, but we didn’t hear any noise in the room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast amazing. Nice place to stay 1 night after a long trip

Cons:

1. Ковролин (напольный) в номерах требует замены, с 2017 г. не меняли.
2. Очень резкий запах освежителя и дизсредств. Аллергетикам и чувствительным к сильным запахам плохо.
3. Система вентиляции и кондиционирования требует прочистки.
4. Раньше в 2017 г. был зал с компьютерами, теперь там магазин.
5. Грязные окна в лифтовой шахте.

Pros:

屋上プールがよかったのと、空港から近い立地もいい

Cons:

部屋を変えてもらったけど、最初案内された部屋の鍵が壊れてて一生閉まらなかった。エレベーター2基本ーあるうち1基壊れてた。エステのとこもクレジットカードの機械壊れててキャッシュオンリー。部屋でタバコ吸ってないのに、匂いがするとか言われてお金を請求されそうになった

Cons:

After making the initial reservation, we experienced an issue with our travel dates. Even though we informed the hotel about the problem and requested a change within approximately 2–3 hours, the hotel refused to help. As a result, we were forced to make another reservation and pay an additional fee.

When we finally arrived at the hotel, we found that the property was very old, and the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. Later that night, we wanted to have dinner. The sushi restaurant inside the hotel was open, but they informed us that they would only accept cash and not credit cards. Because of that, we ordered pizza from outside.

The delivery driver arrived with the pizza, but the reception staff did not allow him to come up to the room. The driver eventually left without delivering the food, and the reception staff did not even bother informing us about the situation.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

とても親切なスタッフ。

おいしい朝食。
空港に近い。
目の前にコンビ二がある。

Good location for airport.
Pros:

Location to airport was good, a 7 minute journey. Cost for this was expensive, considering.
Staff were fantastic, the check-in lady and the lady breakfast manager.
Best lobby toilets in Bali I have ever seen.

Cons:

Room had an unpleasant odour.
Rooftop pool area had no shade, not a single person up there.
Loud humming noise all night, appeared to be from lifts, kept my friend awake most of the night.
Light above my bed flashed every 30 seconds, could not sleep without eye cover. I took a video of this. Room 1033.
Staff could have said there was free shuttle to Jerman Beach. We caught a taxi there twice.
