Pros:

On the positive side, the breakfasts were delicious, and the food was fresh and of good quality. The staff were also excellent—polite, helpful, and always willing to assist with any issues that arose during our stay.

Cons:

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the way the payment process is organized and presented on Booking.

The property’s Booking page showed one price, but the hotel charged a different amount to my card. In addition, the hotel has not refunded the amount they promised would be returned after check-out.

What is even more concerning is that after my stay, the price displayed on the Booking page was changed and increased. However, even this updated amount still does not match the amount that was actually charged to my card. To be clear, I have not received any refund whatsoever.

The hotel also does not respond to my messages through the Booking platform.

The location was extremely inconvenient. My mistake was relying on the map, as in reality all the main attractions and transport links are much farther away than they appear. The hotel does not provide any shuttle service to the metro station, and the nearest metro station is about a 30-minute walk away.

Cons:

Disponibilità e cordialità del personale. Nessuno parlava inglese tranne una sola persona e anche con il traduttore in cinese, in alcune occasioni era difficile comunicare. Fortunatamente niente di grave ma piccole cose che in un 4 stelle ti aspetti. Come per esempio trovare la dispensa di the e tisane riempita dopo averne usufruito la sera prima senza dover andare a richiederle e le tazze lavate e non lasciate abbandonate sul tavolo.

Хороший номер с завтраком. Т.к был ранний выезд дали с собой ланч-бокс с молоком, выпечкой, яблоком, яйцом и сосиской. Тихий район, теплый номер. Все банные принадлежности имеются

Cons:

В номере на ковре и деревянном столе были застаревшие пятна и отпечатки от стаканов. Было бы неплохо это заменить

Уборка должна проводиться более тщательно. С маленьким ребенком, который ползает на полу не вариант.

Cons:

Завтрак рассчитан только на китайцев. В меню только свинина почти. Нет других мясных блюд. Закрывается завтрак в 10:00 тогда как в других отелях в других странах ресторан закрывается в 11:00

Pros:

L’hôtel était propre, et confortable! Assez spacieux également.
Dommage qu’il n’y ai rien en ba de l’hôtel pour manger ou juste acheter deux trois petites choses. Mais globalement il était bien.

Cons:

Je trouvais la localisation un peu loin de tout, loin du centre où on mettait 1h pour y aller. Dommage qu’il n’y ai rien pour manger également en ba de l’hôtel. À part leur petite épicerie dans le hall.
