Pros:

The rooms are very clean and new. And especially the staffs who are really nice and polite - from the hotel reception to the house keeping on 15th floor. Special mention of their hotel reception - LEO who was so helpful in guiding us how to use Didi app for car booking and sharing with us the area around the hotel; and also their manager SIMON who was really nice in assisting with our luggage deposit that had some perishable! Thanks Simon, Leo and the house keeping lady on 15th floor (we didn't get her name)!

Big room and cleanliness. Location is acceptable.
Pros:

The room is big and the bathroom is good separate with the toilets. Breakfast is nice. and location is o.k.

Cons:

Enjoyable stay at this hotel.
Pros:

In room amenities and floor layout. Room was much larger than anticipated. Good water pressure in the shower. WC is equipped with an electronic bidet with seat warmer. Great breakfast selection, and even though we stayed for a week there was enough variety on a daily basis to keep it interesting with healthy choices and clearly marked allergy notices for each dish served. Good coffee and breakfast tea. Quiet neighborhood and no construction/noise. Some rooms overlook the golf course. My room overlooked a school/ running track and residential buildings.
Full payment for the entire stay was collected at check-in and I paid with a non-China credit card with no issues.
Daily room service provided housekeeping and fresh towels.
In-house washing machine and dryer provided but you will need the Alipay app to use them. Washing detergent is already included in the washing machine with no manual handling or additional cost. It was around ¥30 for a 30+ minute wash and another ¥30 for a 45 minute dry cycle. Laundry room is located on level 9 on besides the restaurant entrance.

Cons:

It's around a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station so not as convenient, however, getting around via Didi app was easy and more convenient.

Top modern, nagelneu
Pros:

Das Hotel ist nagelneu, sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!
Hier würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten, sollte ich mal wieder nach Shenzhen kommen.

Batter quality of room in Hiludar express Shanghai compared to here
Pros:

Basic but clean .

Cons:

No charging station for hairdryer near the sink so a bit inconvenient to blow your hair without a mirror . Also no safe deposit box in the room .

No stirrer at rate mini bar in case people need to drink or mix meds .,
