Lovely staff and good location to the airport
Pros:

We only stayed one night travelling through when coming from the airport, so the location nearby was great. Very kind and friendly staff! Great food in the restaurant and a super breakfast buffet.

Cons:

One of our rooms were facing the street so a bit noisy and the AC wasn’t really working properly but in the other room the AC was cooling nicely and it was quieter. We didnt complain about it since it didnt bother us.

Pros:

Pretty generic hotel with great location
Pros:

Pretty generic hotel with everything you'd need, AC works well. Close to the airport, so pretty great.

Cons:

Cleanliness was meh, sheets could have been cleaner. Bathroom was a bit messy. Worse thing was how thin the walls were between rooms, could hear everything from my neighbours room.

But just to be clear, would I stay here again? 100%, I slept really well, and it was super close to the airport

Would love to come back and stay longer because of the nice staff
Pros:

Super breakfast - nice choise of Indonesian and Western food. Dinner was also very good.

Very cheerful and friendly staff. Lots of hellos and smiles! - The reception was exceptional. I was in Lombok to look for an old friend, and the staff went out of their way to help me find transportation and locate his village, incl. a very friendly debrief when I came back from my "expedition".

I really liked the hotel!

Cons:

Wish there was a village or some local life around the hotel. It is quite close to the airport - convenient - but a little "in the middle of nowhere", which is not the hotel's fault.
