Angenehmer ruhiger Aufenthalt, super Lage am Hafen für Ausflüge, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr schönes großes Familienzimmer. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 1. Stock. Hier haben wir sehr ruhig geschlafen auch die Moschee haben wir nicht gehört, es war sehr leise. Super gelegen, direkt am Hafen, perfekt für Bootsausflüge. Wasserspender im Flur. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und organisiert unter anderem auch Fahrer zum Flughafen oder für Tagesausflüge.

God beliggenhed men desværre med ringe rengøring

Fin beliggenhed- tæt på havn og midt på
Hovedgaden.

Cons:

Vi har for to år siden besøgt hotellet og dengang var det rent og pænt og der var den dejligste rooftop terrasse med liggestole mv. Nu er der beskidt og rooftop terrassen er lukket.
Et beskidt lagen og bademåtte blev ikke skiftet de 4 nætter vi boede der.

Habitaciones con ruido insoportable
Pros:

La ubicación, podría ser lo único bueno. En la calle principal de Labuan bajo, cerca de empresas de buceo, excursiones y restaurantes.

Cons:

El ruido es insoportable por el tráfico de la calle, incluso el propio hotel te deja algunos tapones, las ventanas no están selladas ni bien aisladas acústicamente. Ellos tampoco te ayudan y te reubican en habitaciones que dan hacia el otro lado con menos ruido ya que prefieren venderlas mucho más caras pese a estar disponibles. No reponen toallas limpias, ni limpian bien la habitación solo estiran un poco las sábanas. No lo recomendaría para nada.

Great value as a transit hotel but wouldn’t stay there again for the hotel itself
Pros:

Great location and super good value for money.

Cons:

The rooftop bar was one of the reason we picked the place but photos on website looked way nice than real thing. So we ended up going to another hotel bar

It was a short 1 night stay but I had a good night sleep before flying back home.
Pros:

A non-star hotel (claimed by them) that aim to provide an almost 5 star experience and I would say they are on the right track. The room is modernly designed with all the necessities provided which includes hot water supply, smart tv, water heater and so on and so forth. The sea-view (near to the dock area) from the upstairs area was also perfect.

Cons:

There is a step in the room that separate the entrance area and the bed area that was an inconvenient, especially for me who was experiencing muscle sore after my sailing trip (did a lot of hiking and swimming).

It was good and convinience
Pros:

This hotel in the middle of the LBJ city. Near to Mimamori and Meison Balmont . You can just walking to go the shops. But far a bit to kg ujung. The harbour port just behind this hotel

Got bed bugs .
