Cons:

Num hotel o básico é bom sono e bom serviço . Dormir é impossível barulho da rua parece que estamos a dormir no meio da rua mesmo com tampões na orelhas . Serviço antipatizo driver pra levar edifício principal nunc disponível , até no pequeno almoço a máquina de café avariou .

Make sure you check what building you book!!!
Pros:

The style and design of the property is so beautiful. Staff were friendly, especially around the pool area.

Cons:

We made two bookings and unfortunately when we arrived our group was split. We were unaware when booking there was an offsite which half of our family were staying in. Having two small kids this made our stay extremely difficult having to get transfers to the main building with the pool any time we wanted a swim. My parents staying in the main building struggled to get any sleep due to the noise.

Korkunç bir deneyim

Otel baktığınızda harika mimarisiyle bizi çok büyülemişti, ta ki otele gidip konaklayana ek. Otelin tek özelliği estetik olarak güzel gözükmesi ve konumu.

Cons:

Otelle ilgili deneyimlerimi paylaşmak isterim. Otele check in yaparken bizim odamızın diğer binada olduğunu söylediler. Belirli bir ücret karşılığında odamızı havuzu olan main buildinge upgrade ettik.

1. Odamız hazır olduğunda odamızı dolaştırdılar fakat tuvaletin kapısını açmadılar. Resepsiyonist odadan gittikten sonra tuvalet kapısını açmayı denedik ve kapı sıkışmış ve açılmıyordu. Resepsiyona mesaj attım ve odamıza birini yönlendirecğini söyledi. 10 dk geçti kimse gelmedi aşağı indiğimizde resepsiyonist matchasını yudumluyordu keyiflice. Daha sonrasında olay çıkardığımız için mühendis yolladı odamıza. 15 dk o da açamadı kapıyı. Daha sonrasında bize alternatif olarak alt kattaki daha düşük olan odaya alabileceklerini söylediler. Kesinlikle oda daha küçüktü ve aynı fiyat olduğunu söylediler ama kontrol ettiğimizde daha ucuz odaydı orası. Paramizı da iade etmeyeceklerdi oraya geçsek. Daha sonrasında kapı açıldı ama biz korkudan tuvalet kapısını hiçbir zaman kapatamadan kullanmak zorunda kaldık.

2. Odamız en üst kattaydı. İlk akşam yatarken dışarıdan gelen tüm ses resmen odamızın içindeydi. Köpek havlaması + motor + dışarıdaki tüm kirli ses. Klima öyle bir ses çıkarıyordu ki ondan da uyuyamadıl. 2 saat odada dönüp durduktan sonra zorla uyuyabildik. Böyle bir ses yok. Odamızın üstü açıkmış bir kısmının. Kimseye en üst katta oda önermiyorum. 2. Gün orda kalamayacağımı veya çözüm bulmalarını istedim. Bizi kötü odaya attılar. Evet çözüm buldular ama baktığımızda downgrade bir odaya geçiş yaptık.

Bu otel kesinlikle bir fecaat. Otel çalışanlarının şımarıklığı ve iş bilmezliği de cabası.

We loved everything about it! The space, the smell, the esthetic, the music, the playlist, the location was great! Staff were very sweet and attentive, super comfortable bed! We really enjoyed our stay, we would definitely come back and recommend.

Such a gorgeous & sexy hotel in a cool & chill area

Cons:

Our room was next to the street , so it was a but noisy ( motorcycles ) at night .. but we were provided with earplugs anyway .

Lovely and very stylish room. Barely any noise from the streets. Wonderful pool area. Good location near shops and stores. Bonus points for daily free gym pass.

Cons:

Not very comfortable breakfast tables when eating by the pool. Staff interactions just okay. Consider adding spa area to gym pass.
