Great location, staff doing good.
Pros:

Location, Lobby design was surpizingly good beyond expectation.
Breakfast area design was good.

I got some issue with the cleanliness of the bed as there was wood termite droppings (frass) on my pillow, but staff was very helpfull, they change my room.
They did not offer to upgrade my room or other complimentary for the inconvenient, perhaps this hotel was not having a high star hotel standard prosedure from upper management/Operator SOP when things like that happend, but the front office&housekeeping were good to prepare another room within the hour.

Front office, House keeping, restaurant staff and other staff on the hotel were friendly.
Good effort from the staff.

Cons:

Had breakfast at around 7am, food was a bit below standard. Nasi goreng was very dry, cold, stiffen, hard to chew and taste blend.

Some food were also already cold as well. Perhaps need to find solution for that.
