Met all my requirements
Pros:

Very handy location. Like most Indonesian hotel rooms there was no bedside light so reading was difficult.

Cons:

I arrived at 9 am, although my room was not due to be ready until 2.00. I finally got it at 3.00. There was no really comfortable lounge to sit and wait.

Ottimo per una notte in relax a Surabaya
Pros:

Hotel in una buona posizione per raggiungere ristoranti e negozi nella via principale.
Gentilezza del personale e buonissima breakfast box che ci hanno preparato perché partivano la mattina presto per il Bromo.
Camere grandi, pulite e confortevoli.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación en Surabaya y una relación calidad precio buena. Hicimos dos días alternos y fueron muy colaboradores y eficientes con la logística de nuestro viaje.

Per il prezzo sicuramente non potevamo aspettarci molto di più.

Potrebbe essere valorizzato molto di più con semplici accorgimenti, tipo mettere una tenda della doccia nuova perché al momento è un po' sporca
Riparare il controsoffitto che fiorisce
Cambiare le lenzuola quando sono ormai macchiate in maniera in definita (sia chiaro, piccole macchie ma fastidiose da digerire).
