Terrible location. The bedding did not smell fresh.
We were booked for 3 nights, only stayed 1 night.

Not valuable and not matching the basic requirement of a hotel: bad facility and bad service
Pros:

Looks clean and new

Cons:

No hot water in midnight during whole stay causing no shower could be taken at 2am and couldn’t go sleep until 6 am due to long and tough negotiation for the problem with the property stuff, for example, no technician on shift to fix, no stuff on duty to check and provide alternative solution, etc. Finally the manager even refuse to compensate the lost with a very tough attitude.

Pros:

The hotel is excellent and the apartments are also in very good condition. Everything is clean, well-maintained. Everyone was very kind and friendly. If we come to Jakarta again in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel.
