Pros:

I liked where our room was located

Cons:

The cleaning of the room was very average. Taps in bathroom never whiped. Only had 2 teabags and 2 coffee bags per day. When cleaned the day before leaving weren't given any tea or coffee at all. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was expensive for bali and very average.

Pros:

The location was nice, the breakfast was fairly good, and the swimming pool was quite pleasant. However, the photos on the booking websites were different from what the hotel actually looked like.

Cons:

It was dirty, and the cleaning service was a sad joke. The higher the tip, the worse the service seemed to be. Many things were broken, and there was mold on the ceiling. It was much better a few months ago.

Pros:

Good location. It's in Kuta and walking distance from the Kuta beach, cafes and restaurants, and the mall.

Cons:

Have to walk too far in the small alley and it's hard if you have to drag a big luggage

Calm stay
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice. The location was a bonus - just walking 3 minutes to the beach. The Beachwalk Mall is also located just close by.

Cons:

Nothing that we remember.

Pros:

Great location in kuta. Walkable to the beach and main shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Beautiful room and massive bathroom. Very clean and nice decor. Outdoor pool was appreciated also.

Cons:

Laundry services unable during my stay due to bank holiday which I find a little surprising at a hotel such as this one. WiFi was a bit slow also.
