Good if you are planning to be out exploring all day and you just need a place to sleep at night, if you are looking to
Pros:

The location is great for exploring Kuta and only a short walk from the shopping centers and beach.
They have a nice pool and good AC in the room.
The room smelled pleasant which was a great surprise (no Bali damp smell)
The 10 min complimentary massage was relaxing and the massage staff seemed very nice.

Cons:

The hot water pressure was either non existent or inconsistent and we couldn’t take a shower at a steady temperature, it was either too hot or too cold.
The room and bathroom can be a lot cleaner, even if this property is a good value for money the only non negotiable thing should be cleanliness in my opinion regardless of the cost per night.
Wife found a hair in her food, the reception staff were kind enough to offer a refund and apologise but we stopped eating there after this incident, didn’t even want to try the breakfast anymore so I can’t comment on that.

Onhygiënisch. Vies.
Cons:

Vies! Bed lakens en kamer was niet schoon. Vier stuks bedlinnen gezien: allemaal vies met vlekken, erg onhygiënisch. Haren in de badkamer en overal zand/stof. Meermaals gevraagd om een late check out, konden ze geen antwoord opgeven. Besproken met receptionist, gaf ons een upgrade maar zelfde probleem. Voor een relatief goed hotel verwacht je op zijn minst hygiëne. We zijn uiteindelijk weggegaan. We hebben gemaild, contact gehad via Booking.nl (op advies van de receptionist omdat hij niets kon betekenen) maar dan krijgen we vaag antwoord en moeten we niet per mail of per booking met hun in contact komen, maar op een andere manier wat niet duidelijk is / wordt uit hun antwoord.

Pros:

Tout. Le personnel est très prévenant, plein d'attention. Beaucoup de douceur et toujours prêt a rentrer service. Le cadre est fabuleux. Nous avons eu l'occasion de tester les chambres classiques qui sont très propres, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût. La suite est royale ( en tout cas pour nous)pour un tarif très honnête. Le petit dèjeuner format a volonté très bon, au top niveau hygiène et varié, avec en bonus une vue magnifique sur la piscine. Les plats que nous avons pris au restaurant étaient délicieux....bref une adresse a connaître et recommander !!! 🙏🙏🙏

Hôtel très bien situé.
Pros:

Une belle piscine. Hôtel bien placé. Personnel très sympathique.

Cons:

Petits ajustements à faire au niveau de la salle de bain (fixer le robinet) et rideaux moisis dans la chambre et moisissures au niveau de la clim. Serviettes usagers bien que propres.

Lovely stay in boutique property
Pros:

Lovely little boutique stay just off the main road, with a great location for the beach and shopping centre. Lovely gardens and great facilities. The staff were always smiling and very helpful

love lovely Hotel and friendly staff. Location a bit out of the way.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine but little variety each day. Staff were very nice. Pool and bar were great. Location of hotel is down a lot of lane ways to get to front entrance. Back gate was easier which is open from 7am-11pm. Easier to get to this hotel by telling Taxi to go to Ardi Darma hotel then walk to back gate because of traffic along beach Road.

Cons:

The parking for taxi is nonexistent as so small that taxi has to do about 12 movements up and turn to get out of the driveway.
We stayed 7 nights. Floor was only mopped once. Had to remind staff for water ea day and toilet paper. Walls are paper thin so you can hear next room easily. Manager wouldn’t take Wise Card for final bar bill. Cash or bank transfer only. That was the worst part as we use Wise everyday in Bali.

Pros:

Great location and only a 300m walk to the beach. Very good signage. Very good lighting at night. Very comfy bed and nice linens. All staff were great as you expect of Indonesian citizens. Ibu Putri was fantastic on check in and, we were able to park our car on-site. We had a lovely room facing the pool and gardens and a spacious veranda.

Cons:

The ...doof-doof... at the pool bar was often too loud and i did have to ask to turn it down. Which the staff did. It is just that the base travels so far and doof-doof is not my personal fave esp if i wanted to have an afternoon nap.
Also, only 1 small bottle of water per person/day. We ended up buying water but... just something to note.
None of these comments prevented my review of 10/10 and, our stay exceeded our expectations.
