From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt less like a place to stay and more like a home away from home. Every single detail is so thoughtfully done — from the beautiful atmosphere and peaceful surroundings to the warmth and kindness of the staff. You can truly tell they care deeply about their guests and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.

The staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made such a difference and created such a comforting environment throughout our stay.

One of the most special parts of our stay was the five resident cats, who completely stole our hearts. It’s such a unique touch that makes this place unforgettable.

This hotel is not only beautiful, but it also has a warmth and soul that’s hard to find. We left feeling so relaxed, cared for, and already wanting to come back. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Personeel, nog nooit zo welkom gevoeld als hier. Ze waren ook heel lief en leuk met onze zoon. Daarnaast was het ontbijt perfect, de koffie goed, de kamers schoon. Alles wat geweldig!

Hôtel absolument incroyable sur Gili Air ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, très soigné, propre et décoré avec énormément de goût. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toujours disponible quand il faut, sans être envahissant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable et reposant.
Ils nous ont conseillé de super endroits pour manger et admirer les sunsets, nous ont prêté des vélos et aidés pour nos activités sur l’île. Leur petite phrase “Welcome home” à chaque retour à l’hôtel faisait vraiment toute la différence et donnait l’impression d’être chez nous.
Mention spéciale aussi à la mascotte de l’hôtel, le petit chat adorable qu’on aurait bien ramené dans nos valises ! Et le petit bracelet offert avant notre départ était une attention tellement touchante. Une seule envie : revenir au plus vite et recommander cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

The Hani Hideaway is a little oasis in a great location, a short walk from the port. The staff are charming, make you feel at home and willing to help with anything. The coffee at breakfast is good too 😊

We stayed at Hani Hideaway for 3 nights as a couple and absolutely loved our stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome in the beautiful and peaceful atmosphere.

You can truly feel how much love, care, and passion has been put into every detail of this place. The entire concept is very thoughtful — from the stunning design of the hotel to all the little touches that make the experience feel personal and unique.

The staff deserves a very special mention. Everyone on the team was unbelievably warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, exactly how a holiday should be. You can tell they truly care about their guests and always go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

The pool area is beautiful and feels like a little jungle oasis. We also loved that the hotel only has a few rooms, which creates such a calm, intimate, and familiar atmosphere. Every evening, the room was prepared beautifully for the night with candles lit and everything arranged so warmly that coming back felt like coming home.

We also joined the family dinner during our stay and it was such a special experience. Everything was prepared so beautifully — the table setting looked stunning, the food was incredibly delicious, and every course was personally explained by the chef. You could really feel how much time and care was put into creating a memorable evening for everyone. We also loved spending the evening with the other guests and sharing this experience together in such a warm and social atmosphere.

We also really appreciated the locally made amenities and the hotel’s attention to sustainability and the environment. Everything about this place feels authentic, thoughtful, and full of heart.

A little oasis just off the Main Street. Beautiful decor, excellent food, amazing decor and fantastic staff.

Letterlijk het beste verblijf waar wij ooit zijn geweest. Het personeel laat je echt thuis voelen en alles klopt! Kamer was erg fijn en super schoon. Daarbij was het zwembad heerlijk en de bedjes eromheen. Ook is het family diner echt een aanrader! Wij komen hier hoe dan ook nog een keer terug.

Dieser familiär geführte Betrieb ist wirklich eine Klasse für sich! Wir waren eine Woche dort und würden jederzeit sofort wiederkommen und das werden wir ganz sicher auch.

Das gesamte Team ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Der Service ist einfach weltklasse, wir haben uns nicht wie in einer Unterkunft gefühlt, sondern eher wie zuhause angekommen.

Die Unterkunft selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen, und die Poollandschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist auch das Restaurant: Das Frühstück ist ein absoluter Traum, und die gemeinsamen, familiären Abendessen bieten eine tolle Gelegenheit, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Das Essen insgesamt ist einfach hervorragend.

Man merkt wahrscheinlich, wie schwer es uns fällt, aus dem Schwärmen herauszukommen 😄 Wir haben schon viele Hotels und Unterkünfte erlebt, aber so etwas Besonderes ist uns bisher noch nicht begegnet.

A estadia foi simplesmente fenomenal — tudo top, sem exceção. Os funcionários eram incríveis, super atenciosos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar no que fosse preciso.

As instalações estavam sempre impecáveis, com uma atenção ao pormenor espetacular. Limpavam o quarto constantemente e todas as noites vinham preparar a cama e refrescar o espaço, para que estivesse perfeito quando regressássemos.

O pequeno-almoço também era fenomenal — vale mesmo a pena!

Desde o primeiro momento sentimos um excelente acolhimento, inclusive foram-nos buscar ao cais e acompanharam-nos até ao hotel. Estiveram sempre disponíveis para qualquer necessidade ao longo da estadia.

Recomendo totalmente, sem dúvida uma experiência 10/10!

Lovely and relaxing hotel. The staff were so kind, the pool was incredible and the garden was so beautiful. Nice filling breakfast suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Well located - in the centre of Gili Air next to a lively street yet tucked away. I loved my experience here and would happily go back.
