Séjour merveilleux au Hani Hideaway ! Le petit-déjeuner est absolument fabuleux, varié et délicieux. La gentillesse et l’attention du personnel sont tout simplement incroyables, toujours souriants et prêts à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. L’endroit est magnifique, paisible, très bien entretenu et idéalement situé, à la fois central et proche de tout. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en liet je meteen thuis voelen. Het ontbijt en het eten waren super lekker en meer dan voldoende. Er hing een magische sfeer in het hotel. Hotel op wandelafstand van de haven en goede locatie om de rest van het eiland te ontdekken. We mochten ook gratis gebruik maken van hun fietsen!

Personalet er for vildt og fremragende service. Wow! Maden er også fænomenal.

The consistently helpful, friendly, and genuinely lovely staff, the attention to detail, the beautiful pool, and the excellent restaurant with a great view of the property – all topped off by a fantastic breakfast – made the stay truly special.

Wir sind schon viel in der Welt rumgekommen, haben aber noch nie im Leben so eine schöne Unterkunft voller Herz und Liebe gesehen! Das Zimmer ist einfach wunderschön eingerichtet, wie die gesamte Anlage, die direkt zum Wohlfühlen und Ankommen einlädt und überhaupt nicht den Anschein eines kommerziellen Resort-Urlaubs vermittelt. Das gesamte Personal ist wie eine große Familie, einfach unglaublich herzlich und liebevoll, vor allem mit der Begrüßung „Welcome Home“ und den Fragen, wie der Tag war und was man erlebt hat. Am Abend wird sogar das Licht im Zimmer angemacht und das Bett zum Schlafen vorbereitet. Auch die Inhouse-Aktivitäten sind wahnsinnig cool und sehr gut organisiert, wenn man einen Roller für den Tag möchte organisiert das Team diesen direkt für nach dem Frühstück. Für andere Touren wird man sogar zum Ort gebracht, was sehr komfortabel ist. So etwas tolles haben wir noch nie zuvor erlebt und danken dem gesamten Hani Team von ganzem Herzen. Wir haben sogar eine Nacht verlängert, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gelegen und sehr gemütlich und das Personal war sehr bemüht. Das Essen war gut.

Alles war perfekt. Der Service, man kannte sofort unsere Namen und wirklich jeder Mitarbeiter dort war freundlich und interessiert. Es gab kostenlose Fahrräder zum aussleihen, wunderbar organisierte Events (wir haben am BBQ Dinner teilgenommen), alles war total sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet und total detailverliebt. Die Lage ist ein Traum, man kommt überall super schnell hin und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das schönste Hotel auf unserer gesamten Reise!

We felt incredibly safe, relaxed, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room was cleaned and tidied several times a day, and the staff were always happy to help with anything we needed.

The food was outstanding, and the breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast we had during our trip.

Every time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with a warm “Welcome Home,” which immediately made us feel right at home.

The entire property was beautifully maintained, the food was excellent, and the cleanliness was outstanding at all times. Above all, the incredibly friendly and attentive team made this stay one we will not forget anytime soon.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt less like a place to stay and more like a home away from home. Every single detail is so thoughtfully done — from the beautiful atmosphere and peaceful surroundings to the warmth and kindness of the staff. You can truly tell they care deeply about their guests and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.

The staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made such a difference and created such a comforting environment throughout our stay.

One of the most special parts of our stay was the five resident cats, who completely stole our hearts. It’s such a unique touch that makes this place unforgettable.

This hotel is not only beautiful, but it also has a warmth and soul that’s hard to find. We left feeling so relaxed, cared for, and already wanting to come back. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Personeel, nog nooit zo welkom gevoeld als hier. Ze waren ook heel lief en leuk met onze zoon. Daarnaast was het ontbijt perfect, de koffie goed, de kamers schoon. Alles wat geweldig!

Hôtel absolument incroyable sur Gili Air ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. L’établissement est magnifique, très soigné, propre et décoré avec énormément de goût. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toujours disponible quand il faut, sans être envahissant, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable et reposant.
Ils nous ont conseillé de super endroits pour manger et admirer les sunsets, nous ont prêté des vélos et aidés pour nos activités sur l’île. Leur petite phrase “Welcome home” à chaque retour à l’hôtel faisait vraiment toute la différence et donnait l’impression d’être chez nous.
Mention spéciale aussi à la mascotte de l’hôtel, le petit chat adorable qu’on aurait bien ramené dans nos valises ! Et le petit bracelet offert avant notre départ était une attention tellement touchante. Une seule envie : revenir au plus vite et recommander cet hôtel les yeux fermés !
