Greay location, beautiful place, friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff, great cold pool in the heat. Very nice gardens.

Cons:

The door to room did not have a lock on the inside so had to push luggage against door when we went to bed.

A Hidden Gem
Pros:

A true hidden gem. With very attentive and efficient staff ready to help with anything. Vena and Dewi were always available to assist. Excellent food at great prices with no surcharges. The grounds and pool are spotlessly maintained. Highly recommended to anyone wanting great value for money.

Cons:

The hand rails on the pool ladder could get very slippery and hard to grip.

Very nice place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is ideal and intimate, and the staff are very attentive; I would like to extend a warm thank you to Vina, who gave me excellent advice for my stay. I highly recommend it—thank you very much, Vina.

Cons:

The noise of the fridge in the room but except this all was amazing

Pros:

Lucky we only booked for one night

Cons:

The photos are nothing like reality
The place is extremely tired
The staff were not out right rude but not at all friendly
The room doors are closed by a piece of wood
The bed was extremely uncomfortable
The hot water took 15-20 mins to come through in our room
Complimentry breakfast orders were wrong and very small

I would not rate any stars
