It’s a wonderful stay and can improve their amenities in the room for future stay
Pros:

I’m like the environment of the hotel and swimming pool, the staff very kind and friendly and for every purchase have government taxes need to pay upon check in time. My booking included with breakfast also (American, local Indonesian food & beverages ) but we have to order at reception what we need to eat. So far I like this place and the hotel

Cons:

The amenities, when we check in Time we see the room was booked very wonderful but don’t have toothbrush and hairdryer and ironing also and their charging points area like 2 places only in our room. Some more can provide adapter more with charging point maybe they can improves this facilities in the future staying

Just dont.
Pros:

Shampoo and soap in the bathroom.

Cons:

Pool dirty, room smelly and AC non existent. It was making noises but not cold. Cockroaches under bed were cherry on the top. Breakfast were delivered from somewhere else, cold and burnt rice. It supposed to be staring from 7:30, but since we saw nobody until 8:20, we could not order it. The next day we went for breakfast to a coffee shop. There is no coffee, tea or fresh juice for breakfast. Pickup point for taxi is on parallel street about 300 metres away. Beach is far away if you do not have a scooter.

Nice place needs an overhaul then would be perfect

The location and the staff but they were all young kids with no idea and the language barrier was extremely difficult to understand

The toilets didn’t flush
Breakfast was not included even though I paid for it

Won't stay again
Pros:

Staff were nice especially the lady at the front desk and the guys walking around.

Cons:

Didn't like the location, the fact that asking multiple times on multiple days had no hot water, toilet didn't flush made the room smell bad even when not used, couldn't watch TV as the screen was snowy due to poor reception I guess.

Pros:

It's location is great close to everything in legian it's an older style hotel but still comfortable and clean pool was good

Cons:

It's only downfall are the bathrooms but it's a budget hotel so it's ok not to be great everywhere
