Great location and brilliant staff!
Pros:

Excellent location, everything looks brand new and very clean. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly and always ready to help. The room is a bit small but comfortable.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Emplacement, personnel très sympa et disponible, super service. Immeuble très joli, très proche de beaucoup de points intéressants

Cons:

Rien qu’on ait pas aimé, si on veut vraiment trouver quelque chose, les chambres (en tout cas la nôtre) sont assez petites, mais la salle de bain et douche très bien.

Met zo een hotel op die ligging is je Lissabon trip nog beter
Pros:

Alles was top, van kamer tot personeel tot ontbijt en gratis upgrade kamer en vroegere check-in. Top aanbeveling als je naar Lissabon gaat.

The comfiest nights sleep
Pros:

The location is great, lots of lovely restaurants close by. The room was beautifully decorated and we had a wonderful view at the front of the hotel. The bed and pillows were super comfortable - exceptionally so. The staff were amazing - really helpful with restaurant recommendations. It was also great to be messaged by the hotel before we arrived to arrange airport transfers and walking tours.

Perfect getaway
Pros:

Loved everything about the Hotel. A perfect location, small and cozy, and extremely clean. The reception and concierge team were exceptionally attentive. They arranged our reservations promptly and gave us wonderful recommendations. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back.

Perfect location in Lisbon with very helpful reception staff.
Pros:

The location of this hill couldn’t be better. It’s right on the edge of Alfama and next to the centre and right near the coast. We were greeted with chocolate cake. The room was clean and recently decorated. The reception staff were fantastic.

Cons:

Our room was ridiculously small. We had to squeeze to get around the bed and while the reception staff are great, the bar/restaurant staff much less so.
