Amazing and looking forward to returning soon!
Pros:

Amazing location paired with genuinely exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel effortless, but a special mention has to go to Dewi, her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made our time even more memorable. You can really feel the care and pride the team takes in what they do.

Cons:

We would have loved to see more children’s programs and a more developed kids’ room, but we completely understand that this is still in the process of being built and evolving. Our two-year-old also managed to find a pen in the room and scribble on the bed sheets; however, the manager handled the situation so kindly and professionally and was able to rectify it for us without any extra charges, which we truly appreciated.
