Soggiorno breve, servizi eccellenti
Pros:

Personale estremamente cortese e professionale. Al nostro arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato un piatto di benvenuto con un bagel e la scritta “Welcome Miss Federica” ed una body lotion:
un’attenzione davvero molto gradita.

Nonostante il soggiorno di una sola notte, abbiamo avuto modo di provare diversi servizi dell’hotel: un massaggio in camera di un’ora, un aperitivo sul rooftop e una cena, anche in tarda serata, sempre al REZ. Tutto è stato di ottimo livello.

La colazione offre un’ampia scelta di dolci, piatti salati, tè e bevande di ogni tipo. Anche il trasferimento in aeroporto, effettuato con auto privata, aveva un prezzo davvero conveniente.

Che dire? Assolutamente promosso!

Pros:

Surprisingly we got our room upgraded to maximum facilities (if I amnot wrong to Premier Room) while is only given for one night free, but its okay and we are glad to accept.
The location is also good cause near with a lot of street food and mall.

Cons:

We dont say did not like just want to give input about breakfast, the foods are various but the taste should be improve cause some food tasteless.

And one more thing...about sdb (safe deposit box), in our room it has a trouble and perhaps for the sdb's instruction more clearly and not confusing to follow.

Tasteful decor, wonderful rooftop bar with very good restaurant, excellent service.

Cons:

The Superior Double room was a bit spartan, no wardrobe, just a short rail with 4 hangers, small shower room/toilet with washbasin in the room itself.
