Room Shower broken, fixtures not maintained, towels grey, linen also not bright white, air con dripping. A piece of paper not proper card to operate room electricity. I had to use bus card. How can management be so budget to not give guests proper card to operate room elec.

Disappointing stay – much more basic and poorly maintained than the photos suggest

We booked this hotel because the price seemed like a great deal, and based on the photos, we expected a reasonably comfortable family stay. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.

We arrived at around 2am after a 30+ hour journey with two children. We had specifically booked a family suite for 2 adults and 2 children, but when we arrived, the room had clearly only been prepared for two adults. The sofa had no bedding and there was no additional bed. When I asked where our children were expected to sleep, we were initially told that we could either all sleep in one bed or put the children on the sofa without any bedding, as housekeeping was closed.

After a lot of discussion and insisting that the manager be contacted despite the late hour, we were eventually given an additional room for the night. We were told that the following day, bedding and an additional bed could be arranged for our original room.

The next morning, a member of staff who appeared to have more authority was on reception, apologised for the inconvenience and kindly offered to let us keep the additional room free of charge for the remainder of our three-night stay. We appreciated this gesture and, to be fair, the staff did try to resolve the situation once it was escalated.

Unfortunately, there were a number of other issues with the hotel. The property is very tired and in need of significant maintenance and painting, and it does not look like the photos online. The decking around the pool was uneven, broken in places and, in some areas, not properly secured, which we felt presented a serious safety concern. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling, and the fridge in one of our rooms did not work.

There was also no bar or option to purchase food or drinks at the hotel. We were told by other guests that breakfast was served at a café across the road, although we did not try this ourselves.

For 2 rooms for 7 people with breakfasts included only 2 breakfast vouchers were given each day except on the last day of 4 when 4 vouchers were given.
Rooms were not cleaned at all during our stay. Some of the towels were really worn out and tatty.

No interest from staff to fix when asked.
Ask for refund to find better accommodation was told to go through agent it would of taken forever to recover cost.No extra money to rebook different accommodation had to stay not impressed.

The pool is cold and communicating with the hotel is next to impossible until you are there.

Booked this accomodation. Turned up only to be told they had overbooked and don’t have a room available. This was at 1,30am. Was then informed they had one room that they don’t currently lease due to leak in the roof. Given the time, we said we would take it. They then tried to charge us more than the initial amount in the original booking. So disappointed. We tried for 45 mins to find another accommodation and finally found something. Appalling to do that to clients who have booked in advance.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 avec 2 grands lits... nous avons eu une chambre avec un seul lit , remarque faite ont nous propose de changer pour une chambre de 2 petits lits , ce que nous refusons . Nous demandons une 3eme serviettes car la réservation était bien pour 3 , et ont nous refuse de nous la fournir car ce sont des chambre pour 2 personnes ( évidemment ce n'était pas la chambre que nous avions réservée ) et sois disant il n'ont plus de serviettes de bain . Nous demandons également des serviettes pour la piscine ( qui et sympa mais glacée ) . Nouveau refus alors que certain du personnel se baigner a la piscine avec des serviettes de l'hôtel . Unique remerciement au jeune de la relève qui lui nous auras fourni une serviette pour 10mn contre l'avis de ses supérieurs . Je crois que c'est Unique sur BALI car nous avons fait de nombreux logements et nous avons toujours etait plus que ravi . Sinon plutôt bien placé malgré tout

Rooms need a lot of work to do, the ceiling in the bathroom was broken.

It was very run down. Things were falling apart. We stayed here because we liked the cafe out the front but its no longer there. Best breakfast in Bali. Very sad that they don’t have anything there at all. We went across the road. It was very nice.

- We were put in one of the interconnecting rooms and our neighbour was extremely loud every night until 1am, their alarms would go off at 5am, 5:10am, 5:15am maybe to pray. We could hear everything from the room next door, even the sound of them opening a packet of chips.
- Bed sheets had stains
- Towels had multiple rips, dated and not white anymore
- Restaurant, bar was closed our whole stay so the front of the hotel is extremely dark with no lights
- Lock was broken (room 312)
- Safe is not secured, so not sure what the point is
- Staff were very friendly but doesn’t speak much English
