Hotel centrado en el producto y no en el cliente
Cons:

Hubo dos aspectos que nublaron la experiencia que tuve allí: la primera pedí un domicilio no llegaba pedí en la recepción si me podrían brindar una llamada, venderla o algo, simplemente dijeron que no. Segundo en el menú había un desayuno express que nos gustó el contenido y su practicidad, lo compramos y nos prohibieron comerlo ahí ya que es un producto diseñado para ser take away y que debía comerlo en la habitación (están centrados en el producto o en el cliente)

Cons:

La habitación está demasiado reducida por el baño y el plato de ducha, nada de intimidad y que no te pongan ni el cepillo de dientes me parece ya demasiado, si ponía en la habitación que había que pedirlo en recepción, no veo lógico que se 24 horas que yo llegue a las dos de la mañana y ahora me encuentro que tengo que pedirlo en recepción y la sorpresa que cueste 1,50€ es vergonzoso, ya está bien pagado con la habitación.
