Magical surroundings, exceptional wellness, and wonderful staff!
Pros:

The Atmosphere & Grounds: Absolutely magical surroundings with beautifully tended, sensitive gardens and a peaceful, relaxing vibe.

Staff & Hospitality: The team goes above and beyond. We arrived after hours, and it was so easy to find our key, with a waiter stepping in to help us with our bags down the hill. Everyone was warm and accommodating.

Wellness Offerings: Outstanding! The yoga classes on Wednesday and Thursday were world-class, led by an incredible instructor, and the massage therapist is a true expert.

Dining & Pool: Beautifully presented, healthy breakfast choices, great dinner variety, and a lovely chill pool atmosphere featuring a great live DJ on Thursday night.

Location & Exploration: Perfect base for exploring the local area—make sure to visit the stunning natural pool at Bajamar nearby!

Cons:

For an eco-resort, it would be brilliant to see future investments in visible sustainability features like solar panels, EV charging stations, and water recycling systems. A little more local info on regional geology/ecology and activity recommendations in the rooms would also be a nice touch.

Also the fan light didn't work and the room would benefit from USB chargers, but these didn't really detract from a wonderful stay.

Elegí este hotel precisamente por la ubicación y la terraza con 2 hamacas, pero me tocó la habitación con vistas al techo del restaurante y sin hamacas, que era lo que yo buscaba. Esto me decepciono mi expectativa. La proxima vez elegire habitación,

Tolles Hotel für Paare, die eine ruhige Oase suchen.
Pros:

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer. Die Poolanlage ist gigantisch. Der Balkon sehr grosszügig, jedoch unser Zimmer eher klein.

Pros:

La Suite est vraiment très agréable, les vues sont splendides.
Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et déjeuner 2 X. C’était excellent, vraiment 👍
Le personnel est aimable. Le deuxième jour nous avons été servi par un garçon adorable. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à un service 5 étoiles bien entendu
Bémol, la personne de la réception pourrait être tellement plus enthousiaste et donner clairement toute les explications avant pendant l’accompagnement à la Suite

Cons:

Lors de notre accueil, nous apprenons seulement qu’il y avait un rally et que cela nous bloquerait. Nous devions donc partir avant 8h du matin ou après 16h. Heureusement que nous n’avions rien de prévu.
Nous avions de plus du insister pour garder la chambre un peu plus tard alors que cette situation ne dépendait pas de nous.
Nous nous rendons compte par la suite qu’il nous manque pas mal d’infos, comment faire pour le coffre, pouvons nous sortir jusque n’importe quelle heure ? Avons nous besoin d’un code ?
Nous avons dû nous baser sur le document reçu mais vu le standing de l’endroit , nous nous attendions à être accompagnées.

Deberían cerrarlo por inseguro y sucio
Pros:

Estaba sucio, la comida era malísima y carísima sin opción de buscar una alternativa. No me gusto nada y quiero poner una reclamación por la gran suciedad de las instalaciones

Muchísima suciedad, gente de l calle ml tanto escándalo y bañándose en la piscina que era pequeña se me estropeó el bikini por la peligrosidad de la piscina y no había ni socorriste un lugar peligroso y sucio deberían cerrarlo

Magnífico lugar para desconectar.
Pros:

Un lugar magnífico para una escapada de desconexión. La ubicación perfecta, apartado de todo, habitaciones cómodas con terraza y vista al mar. Personal amable y desayuno excepcional!
