The room, the bed and toilet were really clean. A few minutes ride from the ferry to the hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was fair.

Cons:

Hope the window in the room could be a bit bigger. Found a wall behind the beautiful curtains in the morning. Later realized some light coming from top of the wall. A wee small window😁
Sometimes the air in the room brings some smell.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary stuff.

Cons:

The surrounding area might be a bit of isolated and it's best to arrange your transportation beforehand rather than using the e-hailing one.

Short getaway
Pros:

Its ky 2nd time here. The location is very centralised with shops around. Near to the big supermarket Sri Bintan 21 to get your eseentials. Staff are always smiley, very helpful and warm.

Pros:

location near to ferry terminal. Breakfast was ok for non-fussy eater. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff all spoke good English and were very friendly.

Cons:

Can hear KTV music at night from the toilet.
