Pros:

Beautifully updated room, very spacious and comfortable, mini balcony overlooking a busy street, one block from the plaza and 2 blocks off La Rambla.

Great city break hotel with extremely comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Bedroom was incredibly comfortable, the team on site were amenable and informative and the whole hotel was a very good city stay.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned by housekeeping on the day we requested, the receptionist had said they were shortstaffed but had been assured all rooms had been checked. we had to ask for clean towels and the bed wasn't made.

An easy 10/10
Pros:

Such a good hotel. Friendly staff, who accommodated us with an early check in and supported with a room upgrade to have more space for a baby cot. Perfect location, walking distance to all sites and right in the city buzz.

Will definitely go back.

Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

Great Location for easy access to all parts of city. Clean and tidy room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not clean used cups , glassware or replenish room items such as toilet paper on a daily basis
