The location is nice, but there are more affordable or similar hotels in the same location. The guest reception and guidance were terrible. They never helped with check-in and directed us to an online page. The passport scan on that website was very difficult. We waited for hours for the room to be cleaned. When we asked if we could at least wait in the bar area because our phone batteries were dead, they refused. After we insisted, they took us to the waiting area upstairs from the reception. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I will never choose this hotel again. You can hear the person upstairs showering and flushing inside your room. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Location, historic architecture. Staff were lovely and helpful, the price of a last minute booking really surprisingly low.
The sofa bed was a little small
Good location. Close to many tourist attractions. Most within a 5 to 20 minute walk.
The bathroom door was bad. It doesn’t stay and ends up rolling exposing the bathroom. I had to play with it for a bit to get it to stay in place each time.

Évitez cet établissement, C'est un déshonneur a l'hospitalité Espagnole. Et une escrocrerie pour touristes. Il y a plein d'autre endroits bien meilleur en ville de toute facon. Je voyage comme père avec ma fille de 15 ans en espagne. Nous reservons une chambre avec 2 lits simples twins. Lorsque nous arrivons sur place a 19h30, on nous presente une chambre avec 1 lit double. J,essaie de contacter le manager, après negociation, il nous dit que c'était la derniere chambre disponible. Comme ca ne convient pas, je demande de canceller pour trouver un autre endroit. La manager me dit de faire la cancellation sur booking. Nous trouvons un autre endroit avec 2 lits simple. Le lendemain, je vois que la demande de cancellation est refusée. J'appelle encore et je leur écrire. On ne me repond pas, et on m'écrit que c'est comme ca, il ne peuvent canceller. J'appelle booking et booking evidemment nouvs comprends et les appelles pour leur demander d'accepter la cancellation. ils refusent encore. Je rappelle Booking qui leur demander encore une fois et encore, ils m'envoit la demande de cancellation avec des frais du prix de la chambre, donc refusent encore. Ils apparaissent comme des escrocs vraiment. Ils pretendent que les chambres sont reservable sous disponibilite seulement mais ils voyaient tres bien que je reservais avec ma fille de 15 ans et il aurait été honnete de nous demander avant de confirmer la reseervation. Nous ne passons meme pas la nuit la et Ils refusent les demandent de booking d'accepter .2 fois ma demande. Évitez. J'ai perdu de l'argent et du temps avec eux. Les chambres sont aussi minuscules.
This is a small but historic property within 2 minutes walk of the cathedral. Beautiful tiles & ceiling in the main space & atmospheric roof garden to look at the cathedral lit up at night, with glass of wine in hand (which, on this occasion, was complimentary)

My sister and I have been travelling around Europe from Australia for 2 months and this was the best host we’ve had so far! So accomodating to any requests, provided recommendations for restaurants and even helped us book a flamenco show which did not disappoint! The room and hotel itself was so nice we felt so comfortable there we didn’t want to leave! The communication from the host was outstanding from booking to checkout. The location is so central everything was walking distance, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend and thank you so much again for looking after us :)
The beautiful tiled entry and halls. Location was perfect. Room was spacious, tasteful and very clean, modern. Bed was super comfortable and AC fabulous.
Could’ve done with a blanket somewhere as I was a little cold over night with the AC on. A bin in the living area would be a good addition as there was only one in the bathroom.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Super clean.

The fact that we arrived late and there was an incident with the AC, it was blocked so we had to sleep one night with a room temperature of 16 degrees, and there was no one able to help us.
Tuvimos problema con el aire acondicionado y nos lo solucionaron muy rápido.
Alejandro un trabajador encantador en todo momento estuvo con nosotros hasta q nos solucionaron el problema
