La ubicación
El baño es incómodo y super pequeño, el porta papel higiénico estaba roto, con lo cual en cuanto lo tocamos se cayó al piso, que estaba todo mojado porque la ducha es abierta y siendo tan pequeña, no hay forma de no mojarlo todo.
En la otra habitación que reservamos, el inodoro no funcionaba, y no nos contestaron hasta el dia siguiente, tuvimos que desarmarlo nosotros porque éramos 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) y no se quiso tratar como una urgencia. Solo hay recepcionista por la mañana, el resto del día es porque WhatsApp.
Hemos intentado poner una reclamación y de momento no hay contestación.
Nunca más volvemos a reservar en esta cadena de hoteles.

Comodidad, limpieza y atención del personal que son maravillosas. La ubicación muy bien también. Las camas y colchones increíbles.
Quizá cara la relación calidad precio y la cuestión del desayuno, que no es nada casero, todo muy industrial.
La cama y las almohadas, excelentes!!! Y la ubicación es perfecta!!!
En mi habitación, la ducha no dispone de manpara, sino con un cristal fijo, el resto es al aire... y resulta muy incómo ducharte, por no decir del agua que se derrama fuera a la mínima que te descuidas...
Muy bonito, limpio y ordenado. Es muy cómodo llegar y tener todo preparado.

La habitación es correcta, el baño está totalmente reformado y las camas muy cómodas.
El aparcamiento no está cerca, aunque cuenta con dos plazas, creo que es complicado cogerlas y tienes que aparcar en otro sitio. Mejor descargar el coche en la puerta, luego es un horror ir con las maletas por las calles adoquinadas con piedras irregulares.
