Tolle Lage, doch das reicht allein nicht…

Gute Lage, ca 15 Min. zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Wir haben zu Beginn ein großes Zimmer bekommen, leider war das Bad sehr schmutzig (Blut klebte an der Toilette, Zahnpastaränder auf der Glasablage im Bad, Krümel und Fett in der Küche…). Haben reklamiert und ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Dort funktionierte der Abfluss im Bad nicht, die Küche war wieder nicht geputzt. Wir reklamierten erneut und im dritten Zimmer ging das Fenster nicht auf. Wir wollten stornieren, jedoch konnten wir dies nicht mehr. Ich habe mich an booking und auch an die Hotel Kette gewendet. Haben Fotos vom Zustand der Zimmer gemacht und diese weitergeleitet. Uns wurde gesagt, dass wir werden einen Weg finden werden, wie sie uns entgegenkommen können. Im Nachgang nur eine Entschuldignung. Von uns keine Empfehlung!

Pros:

Posizione centralissima e stanza bella grande e spaziosa. Letto comodo. Ed ho apprezzato la presenza della cucina munita dei vari utensili.
Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo e la reception è stata sempre disponibile a soddisfare le mie esigenze.

Cons:

La mancanza di alcune accortezze.
Del tipo la stanza non è stata pulita, nonostante ho soggiornato per tre giorni. In aggiunta l' aria condizionata non era regolabile e per me che non sono abituata era a tratti insopportabile a tal punto dà utilizzare la coperta nell' armadio. In più ho dovuto chiedere il telecomando della TV perché non c'era in stanza.

Pros:

Localização boa, fácil ir a pé para o centro e bom acesso de transportes públicos.

Cons:

Não estava muito limpo, o lixo estava cheio quando chegámos e com muitas garrafas vazias no armário. Éramos um casal e reservámos quarto para 2 pessoas, no entanto só havia 1 garfo, 1 faca, 1 colher, 1 prato de sopa, 1 prato normal, 1 taça, etc... para quem vai de carro, o parque de estacionamento não está bem sinalizado e na nossa estadia, a campainha para entrar não estava a funcionar.

Wat een slechte bedoeling dit. Nooit meer hier.

Het viel vies tegen.

Cons:

Smerige kamers die stonken en veel vieze vlekken op de muren en meubels. De vloeren waren plakkerig en vies. Ook de communicatie was slecht want uiteindelijk antwoorden ze gewoon niet meer en wordt je genegeerd.

Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and check-in was quick. The room was spacious and the accommodation is close to Sagunt station, and a well-stocked Lidl. The room was a good-sized fridge which was useful. The lighting was good.

Cons:

The room generally was clean but the bathroom needed attention - from dirt around the taps, to other people's hair stuck to the walls. It just needed a good deep clean. There was also an air fryer in the room with a silicone insert that needed a clean. The aircon was effective but noisy at times. The pool wasn't inviting - surrounded by metal bars.

Sauber, gemütlich, geräumig. Freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Alles sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Kleine " Kochnische" ,d.h Mikrowelle,Kühlschrank und ein wenig Geschirr war vorhanden. Genauso wie die Spülutensilien.

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Toilettenpapierhalterung war kaputt , und Waschbecken im Bad halb verstopft.
Klimaanlage summte ganz leise,🫣war trotzdem nachts ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sonst alles top!

Pros:

De locatie was prima.

Cons:

De hygiëne was ver te zoeken. Om de 4 dagen krijg je pas schonen handdoeken plus je kamer werd dan schoongemaakt. Maar alleen je bed werd opgemaakt werd niet gestofzuigd. En zwembadwater troebel.
