Modernas y nuevas instalaciones , cerca del transporte publico .
Pros:

LA Ubicacion para llegar esta bien , ya que el metro se encuentra a 10 min andando . La terraza de arriba estupenda para cenar o desayunar tranquilamente .

Cons:

A la noche el ascensor hace ruido y molesta bastante .. El desayuno de cortesia sin mas . ( algun zumo estaria bien .. o fruta natural sino ) .

Met my needs for a stay in Burjassot.
Pros:

I came to see someone living in Burjassot, so good location for me.
Small, simple room. Very clean.
Simple breakfast, but that is all I needed.
Great deck on the roof, if you needed some sun.

Cons:

AC units right outside my window. A little noise.
