Locatie, niveau van de kamer (lees netheid, uitrusting, verhouding prijs/kwaliteit...)
Gratis ontbijt (zeer beperkt maar toch leuke attentie)

Cons:

Geluidsisolatie. Je hoort echt alles op kamerniveau (iemand die doucht, naar het toilet gaat,...). Maar dit is nu eenmaal
inherent aan oude gebouwen in Spanje.

Vicino facoltà di scienze e metro . Stanze piccole ma ben arredate.
Pros:

Struttura nuova, ben arredata e in buone condizioni. C'è un bel terrazzo a disposizione degli ospiti con sedie e sdraio. Ottimo con il bel tempo. Bagno con una doccia grande e comoda. Materasso comodo.
I dintorni (Burjassot) non sono memorabili, ma ci sono tanti piccoli bar e locali a poco prezzo. L'albergo è molto vicino sia a una fermata della metro che alla facoltà di scienze dell'università di Valencia. Il tragitto in metro verso il centro richiede una trentina di minuti.

Cons:

La registrazione per Il check-in automatico è un po' farragionosa.
La mia stanza doppia era piuttosto piccola e quasi del tutto occupata dal letto matrimoniale (alla francese) appoggiato a un muro e quindi accessibile solo da un lato, lasciando comunque pochissimo spazio per il resto. Io ero da solo e stavo per pochi giorni quindi non era un gran problema. ma per due persone sarebbe davvero stretta.

Ne pas se fier aux photos c'est trompeur

Cons:

Chambre minuscule avec vis à vis, on ne voit pas un bout de ciel et qui donne sur les unités de l'air conditionné. Difficile de bouger dans 4 m 2 avec un lit double, une chaise fauteuil , une tour qui fait office de table de nuit et qui compliquent l'accès à la salle de bain.Pas de balayette pour les wc.Uniquement pour dormir.Cher pour ce que c'est. Mal insonorisé .Et le fait d'avoir accès à Netflix gratuitement et tout un tas d'autres plate-formes ne compense absolument pas le fait que j'ai eu l'impression de dormirr dans un placard .
Les codes d'accès sont envoyés 5 mn avant d'arriver!
Du jamais vu dans ma très longue carrière de voyageuse solitaire !

Buena estancia en Valencia
Pros:

Aunque está en las afueras de Valencia, se llega enseguida a la ciudad. Aunque el hotel estaba lleno no tuvimos problemas de ruidos ni dentro ni fuera, la calle es muy tranquila. El desayuno de cortesía es un acierto.

Cons:

Quizás el tema del estacionamiento, nos costó aparcar

La ubicacion esta cerca de las lineas de metro y de bus, cerca de comercios varios, supermercados. El proceso de check in y out.El desayuno de cortesía, la presión del agua en la ducha(y eso que estaba en el 1er piso), colchón cómodo, habitación bien equipada.

Cons:

Que solo este el plumón/edredon y no halla sábana.

Super - weiter zu empfehlen
Pros:

Unterkunft klein aber sehr sauber und neu , Bett bequem, tv mit Netflix, ca 5-10 min zu Bus u Metro, als auch Supermarkt, Kühlschrank im Zimmer dort kann man Lebensmittel einkaufen u dann zb das Toast beim Frühstück belegen (nur Toast Butter u Marmelade)

Cons:

Bis zum Strand ist man schon so ca 50 min bzw. zur Stadt auch 30-40 min unterwegs … zu Fuß in die Stadt ca 1 std 15min, kein Shuttle für airport
