The room was very clean and organized. Beauty interior decor very homie. The staff was always available and very sweet and welcoming. Always had water available. Very happy with everything.

Les lieux sont extrêmement propres et décorés de manière très soignée. Les personnes sont incroyablement accueillantes et nous ont beaucoup aidé, pour la réservation de certains services ou transport notamment. Nous le recommandons sans aucune réservre.

Le calme de l'endroit dans un quartier très très vivant, notamment le soir. La qualité de service du personnel sur place. Le design de chambre est très bien pensé. C'est très beau.

The property is in perfect location. It is tucked away in a little alley which makes it a wonderfully quiet stay, but is still in range to all the landmarks. The room itself was beautiful and all the facilities worked perfectly. The staff were the real standout though, always polite and helpful, they found our very important lost property and kept in safe for us until we were able to return after the ha giang loop to collect.

Very helpful people and beautiful architecture

I do not exaggerate when I say I have never stayed at a better hotel than this. The staff go out of their way to help make your trip the best.
When I got seriously delayed and had to wait for hours at the airport at the security check, they communicated instantly with my family to make my trip to the city as convenient as possible!
The airport pickup and drop off is so recommended. It made my back and forth so much easier and the staff will take you from the car (it can be crowded, Old Quarter) to the hotel and on the final day even bring me to the car in pouring rain with an umbrella… That was honestly super kind!

When talking about my next destinations, they sent me messages with recommendations on how to make the rest of my trip in Vietnam even more easy.
Talk with them and they’ll be so responsive and helpful!

The facilities are amazing. Not a single complaint. They keep it clean and tidy for you every single day.

The architecture and the aesthetics of the place are also fantastic. They went out of their way to make this hotel have a splendid contemporary design.

The location is the best. You’re in the middle of the Old Quarter, but in a a corner that makes you not hear any of the noises outside. That’s just the best of both worlds.

There’s water bottles downstairs for you to take. A nice kitchen. Mini bar. Snacks to buy. And they help you organize trips to spots outside of Hanoi.. which I discovered way too late.. but that’s now an excuse to go back!

The location was great, close to everything but not too noisy

An old town Hanoi gem! We loved staying in the middle of it all- in our own quiet oasis just steps from tons of restaurants and things to see- so easy to walk everywhere! The staff is so helpful and communicative- they helped us book a tour to Ninh Binh and arrange airport transfers. We really appreciated the glass bottles of filtered water. The staff is absolutely top notch.
