Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location. Easy to get about. Straight walk to the beach and great places to eat. Staff were delightful. Very helpful and eager to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

It was a very relaxing stay
Pros:

We booked the room for 2 nights to enjoy Da Nang. We were exhausted after so many trips by bus in the northern part of Vietnam. So it was really pleasant to have a very comfortable room with nice personnel who were always willing to help. The breakfast was incredible and the sights from our room were breathtaking.

Pros:

I like the size of room but if that doesn’t matter then a double room is decent not worth paying extra £100 for excusite room which I wouldn’t if I knew.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say is quiet in the room, you can hear noises from outside traffic quite clearly.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Personal

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel insgesamt absolut empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das riesige, sehr breite und unglaublich bequeme Bett. Auch die großen Panoramafenster sind sehr gut abgedichtet, sodass man vom Straßenlärm draußen kaum etwas hört.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und hat eine sehr gute Lage mitten in der Stadt. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Meer sind es etwa 750 Meter bzw. ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Strand ist sehr breit und hat wunderschönen weißen Sand.

Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Pool auf dem Dach im 10. Stock. Von dort hat man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Besonders am Abend ist die Aussicht wunderschön, vor allem mit Blick auf die beleuchtete Drachenbrücke.

Ein paar kleine Punkte könnten noch verbessert werden: Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Safe und keinen richtigen Kleiderschrank. Auch eine Möglichkeit, die Koffer bzw. das Gepäck ordentlich unterzubringen, wäre wünschenswert. Diese kleinen Mängel werden für uns jedoch durch den hervorragenden Service mehr als ausgeglichen.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Dafür möchte ich mich ganz besonders bedanken. Besonders beim Frühstück war Herr Dat sehr aufmerksam und hat uns bei allem hervorragend unterstützt. Aber auch an der Rezeption und im gesamten Hotel haben wir nur freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter erlebt. So einen herzlichen Service erlebt man wirklich nicht jeden Tag.

Preislich und qualitativ hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder im Estrella buchen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den schönen Aufenthalt und die tolle Unterstützung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Im Zimmer etwas mehr Ablagefläche schaffen, damit persönliche Sachen und Gepäck besser und ordentlicher deponiert werden können.
Einen Safe im Zimmer zur sicheren Aufbewahrung von Wertsachen bereitstellen.
Beim Check-in die WhatsApp-Nummer des Hotels bzw. des zuständigen Ansprechpartners mitteilen. So könnten Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts schnell und unkompliziert Kontakt aufnehmen und verschiedene Anliegen erledigen – wie es bereits in vielen anderen Hotels üblich ist.
Diese kleinen Verbesserungen würden den Komfort für die Gäste deutlich erhöhen und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestalten.
