Great hotel. I had a fantastic stay!
Pros:

Great hotel!

I had a fantastic stay. The staff were very polite and attentive. My bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well.

Cons:

The staff at the rooftop pool could have been more helpful. I had to find the covers and towels for the sun loungers myself.

Pros:

Останавливались одним днем в рамках пересадки. Выбрала отель, так как он самый цивилизованный около аэропорта (30 мин). Вкусные завтраки, бассейн на крыше. Удобно, что торговый центр под боком, можно и поесть и сделать шопинг.
Понравился общий антураж и дизайн отеля и номеров.

Excellent location, amazing staff, great stay!
Pros:

The location is excellent, with Lotte Mall directly attached to the hotel, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

The staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. A special shoutout to the lobby team, doormen, and front office staff, we truly felt very well taken care of.

The room and beds were clean and comfortable.

We loved it so much, initially we booked 2 nights and came back for another 2 nights

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options. The Phở broth was noticeably too fatty, which was a surprise as I thought it could be done better at a hotel in the heart of Hanoi

Service at breakfast was inconsistent. On some occasions, staff proactively offered hot drinks, while at other times no one approached our table, even as they attended to others. We often had to seek out staff ourselves to order hot drinks.
