Amazing experience
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive throughout my entire visit, always staying in communication and making sure I had everything I needed.

They were especially helpful with accommodating an early check-in, which made my arrival much more comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to assist.

In addition, the hotel offered tour services, which I decided to use, and they turned out to be well-organized and enjoyable. It was very convenient to be able to arrange everything directly through them.

Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth, well-supported, and pleasant stay.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten – daher gute 4 Sterne.
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Hanoi. Der Service war wirklich super und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und trotz fehlendem Balkon konnte man gut Wäsche im Zimmer aufhängen. Besonders bequem war das Bett – wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, auch in einem günstigeren Zimmer ohne Fenster. Der Fernseher war einfach zu bedienen und die Lobby mit den Sofas und Getränken war ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen.

Kleine Mängel gab es allerdings im Badezimmer: Der Duschkopf war etwas locker und ist zwischendurch heruntergefallen. Außerdem war der Abfluss am Waschbecken leicht verstopft, sodass das Wasser nur langsam ablief. Beides war aber nicht besonders schlimm. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auf jeden Fall der sehr gute Wasserdruck in der Dusche.

Cons:

マットレス、枕、快適な睡眠が得られた。
無料ボトル水も補充してくれ、部屋のインスタントコーヒーも美味しく、朝、淹れたコーヒーもいただけておいしくって嬉しかった。
紹介してくれた帰りの空港までのタクシーもGrabと同等か安い位で、空港フィー込みと教えてくれ、安心して乗れた。快適だった。
トリプルだったが、レーズナブルで助かった。
食事、飲む、スパ、何でも徒歩数秒でアクセス可能。

Cons:

シャワールームのカーテンが短く、どう工夫しても床が濡れた。バスマットを駆使した。
