Really good location very near to Tam Coc area. Room was very nice and clean with a comfortable big double bed. Free breakfast was also included and the family that own the hotel are very friendly and welcoming and did my laundry and organised transport to Hanoi. Will stay here again highly recommended and a brilliant affordable price.

Had a tv and bed was comfortable. Snacks were available at a cost. Had toiletries and toothbrush
Room wasn’t the cleanest, and a few bugs. Breakfast was disappointing, a fried egg between dry pieces of bread and some fruit. Had to pay for coffee.
Awkward having to ring the doorbell to be let back in, we returned back after being out with friends after 10pm and got the impression we had disturbed their sleep. Felt uncomfortable about this

I really liked my stay here, everyone in the accommodation is so friendly and always willing to meet you, everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, the accommodation is beautiful and very pleasant, I love every minute I spent there, they helped me a lot with getting around the city and getting back to Hanoi and I don't have a single complaint.
I wouldn’t stay here again. I visited three different homestays in Ninh Binh, and honestly this was the worst of all. The breakfast is just sliced bread with a dry egg, and if you want tea, you have to pay extra. We rented bicycles from 8 p.m. until 3 p.m., and they charged us for two days. There’s no common area or anywhere to sit outside the room. We had to eat breakfast in what looked like a pharmacy, where the owner of the homestay also gives vaccinations. There are definitely much warmer and more comfortable places. It’s also quite far from the center.
The family is very friendly and helpful, the room is big and clean. The matress are very comfortable!
The location is okay, a bit far from the centre walking, but with a bike is great. They also offer bike rental.
At first we got a room right on the busy road and it was very noisy, but we got it changed right away after asking to move room.
The breakfast can be improved, and we found a bit annoying that the main door is kept close from the evening to the morning, so you need to ring the bell and wait for someone every time to come in and get out.
