A little oasis in the city.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The staff were all very accommodating and extremely professional. My room had everything I wanted. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

это был прекрасный отель в котором мы оставались 3 недели! вид из комнаты, удобство в номере, чистый красивый бассейн, ежедневная уборка. Ресепшен отеля - самый милый, симпатичный, услужливый и приветливый! особенно благодарна мисс Ноа и мистер Тен - они Сразу и охотно выполняли все просьбы и постарались сделать все чтобы нам было удобно! местоположение отеля наилучшее, напротив кафе рестораны и пляж в 3 минутах пешком. вид на горы из бассейна и цветы там - прекрасный. также очень понравилось лобби отелч и коллекция искусства - владелец явно человек со вкусом, и мы как художники, получили большое удовольствие созерцать красоту каждый день. Полотенца для бассейна красивые, ежедневно меняли лотенца и халаты. Благодарим и вернемся еще!

Cons:

Были не очень удобные для длительного сидения за рабочим столом стулья - но это легко поправимо - мы работали также около бассейна в очень красивой локации и кафе.

Pros:

Location was AMAZING!!!! Teo I think his name is on reception was so kind, accommodating and helpful with me. Normally if the location of a place is amazing the rooms aren’t the best but this was not the case here. Id go back in a heartbeat!

Super séjour dans un quartier animé mais au calme
Pros:

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé dans un quartier animé, avec plein de restaurants, cafés, épiceries, supérettes aux alentours et la plage est à 200m. De plus l'hôtel est dans une impasse et est donc très calme. La piscine est au rooftop et sa taille est suffisante pour mon épouse et moi (on y était tous les matins de 10h à 13h et on était souvent seuls). La chambre est très agréable, assez grande avec balcon et c'est la première fois qu'on dort dans un grand lit rond :)

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty options available in same location.

This was by far the biggest disappointment of all the hotels we stayed at.

Firstly, we asked for help organising a car but never received any response. Our room was also not cleaned — we were told it was because we hadn’t pressed the correct button, which isn’t true. The button didn’t work, and we had also left the cleaning request tag.

The most frustrating part was the room arrangement. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 6, clearly listed in the booking), yet we were given a room with only one bed. This has never happened to us before. When I spoke to reception, I was told we needed to pay an extra 600,000 VND for an additional bed, despite our reservation clearly including all of us.

To make matters worse, we were travelling in a group of 21 people. One family paid 600,000 VND less than us and received a much larger, better room, while another family paid 600,000 VND more and got a proper family room with breakfast included — which would have been understandable. The inconsistency was very frustrating.

Additionally, the bathroom setup offers zero privacy, as the toilet and shower are separated only by glass.
