Dette var vårt første møte med Vietnam og vi kunne ikke valgt et bedre hotell. Det har fantastisk beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Hotellet var et behagelig sted å slappe av mellom øktene. Vi prøvde både bassenget og La spa som begge var helt supre. Personalet var imøtekommende og svært vennlige. Frokost var veldig delikat.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Such a wonderfull experience.
Location is great to discover Hanoi,
Room are clean and mattress very comfy.
The staff is exeptional, very usefull, friendly, they will help with everything and even organise travel for ha long bay and much more.
The SPA was very good to relax on
Swimming pool nice on hot days.
Breakfast complete and for every taste.
The stay was 5 stars and more.
I highly recommend this hotel for you stay. You can go and never be disappointed.

Loving La Siesta
Pros:

I loved everything about La Siesta, great location, breakfast was decent and the room was a nice set up for two. Plenty of space. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They gave us great recommendations for dinner and getting around. Customer service was first class.

The downside frok my perspective was the gym. It was terrible to be honest. To say it was basic would be an understatement. I had to hunt down a local gym. If you are a bunny bunny, bear this in mind.

Perfect
Pros:

Awesome spot easy access. Very friendly staff. Delicious food. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Shower was large and plenty of pressure.

Great experience
Pros:

Everything was great, welcoming staff, makes you feel at home and everything is clean and fancy. When you leave they can keep your luggage and you can come back and shower if need before your flight. Amazing experience

The service and attention to detail are exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to look after your needs and, despite English being a tougher language for them, all the staff make the effort to converse and learn through interaction with guests.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. View was fantastic, everything was in fantastic condition. Free water was appreciated considering how humid the country is in summer. Staff went above and beyond, were incredibly polite, helpful, and even recognised us at the door. Pool was clean, warm, and not crowded. The restaurant food was delicious, and the pancakes were especially good.

Cons:

The restaurant menu for lunch and dinner (not included in room price) was pricey, especially considering meals at local restaurants will cost you a quarter of the price. Don't plan to eat there unless you want to run $25-$35 AUD per person per meal.

Am amazing stay in the center of Hanoi
Pros:

Really lovely hotel, central location, beautiful, clean and spacious rooms, amazing beds, a very nice pool and an excellent breakfast and a super attentive service. I highly recommend the hotel.
