Very good hotel for family with infant

Very good hotel

We traveled with an 11months old baby and have found this hotel very good for a family with infant.

We had a junior suite and it was spacious enough to store/have a pram, a big luggage, backpack and have a baby bed as well as high chair. Plenty of space for baby to crawl around. The pool is very good to use with baby too.

Breakfast buffet is great, plenty of options. Staff is super helpful and amenities, aesthetic is very pleasant.

Location is great if you want to be near the lake with the night market. Only the roads are not super pram friendly in this area, but this was to be expected.

Pros:

Medewerkers waren aardig, vooral kort meisje met bril, helaas weten wij haar naam niet. En bedden waren echt top! Dichtbij vele dingen.

Cons:

Het was erg gehorig. Boven buren waren aan t wippen, je hoorde alles beneden, was niet fijn met een kind dat aan te horen. Wc rollen werd niet optijd aangevuld.

Dette var vårt første møte med Vietnam og vi kunne ikke valgt et bedre hotell. Det har fantastisk beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Hotellet var et behagelig sted å slappe av mellom øktene. Vi prøvde både bassenget og La spa som begge var helt supre. Personalet var imøtekommende og svært vennlige. Frokost var veldig delikat.

Such a wonderfull experience.
Location is great to discover Hanoi,
Room are clean and mattress very comfy.
The staff is exeptional, very usefull, friendly, they will help with everything and even organise travel for ha long bay and much more.
The SPA was very good to relax on
Swimming pool nice on hot days.
Breakfast complete and for every taste.
The stay was 5 stars and more.
I highly recommend this hotel for you stay. You can go and never be disappointed.

Loving La Siesta
Pros:

I loved everything about La Siesta, great location, breakfast was decent and the room was a nice set up for two. Plenty of space. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They gave us great recommendations for dinner and getting around. Customer service was first class.

The downside frok my perspective was the gym. It was terrible to be honest. To say it was basic would be an understatement. I had to hunt down a local gym. If you are a bunny bunny, bear this in mind.
