Stayed in the Owners suite, which had a nice large balcony. Superb breakfast. Refreshing pool.
Window soundproofing could be a little better with outside construction and highway noise. To be expected in Hanoi, unfortunately.
Breakfast was great, we were late (5 mins before breakfast ended) once and the staff immediately took our orders and made sure we found a table swiftly. The following days the breakfast was always great.
Staff offered to book us a taxi to airport, which was comfortable, and cheaper than the grab rates. The spa is fantastic. Great to have a pool. All the hotel's facilities were great really.
We got to the hotel late in the evening and didn't get a welcome drink, which was totally fine, but perhaps vouchers could be handed out to people so they can have one the next day, in the future.
Loungers by the pool would be nice!

We booked a connecting room for 5 people. Both the rooms were clean, and the staff contacted us in earlier to ensure we have a smooth and personalized check in. The staff made sure that we had vegetarian options at the breakfast.
The location is at the center of Old quarter, which is a prime location in Hanoi, walkable to all spots. The staffs were so friendly and they make you feel the great hospitality of Vietnam.

Staff were warm and welcoming. We were upgraded FOC to the big family room where all of us can stay together in one room. It was such a pleasant experience.

Hospitality by the staff was 5 star ! They arranged a cab back for us to airport knowing we had slight issues with the soundproofing of the room.
We were travelling with 2 kids and had booked connecting rooms but they were already given out to another family. So we had to stay in 2 separate rooms. Not much of an inconvenience but not what we had booked.
Lo staff è la parte migliore. Tutti disposti ad aiutare, sempre con un sorriso, ci hanno fatto sentire accolti. La posizione strepitosa, vicinissimo all'old quarter ma in una strada non rumorosa. I letti COMODISSIMI!! L'aria condizionata in camera funziona benissimo e è importante dato che fuori fa caldissimo.
Non è molto importante , ma mi piacerebbe avere la possibilità di ordinare room service anche durante la notte, credo che gli orari sono un po' limitati

The location is very good, quite near everything you need, room was very big, toilet was very clean, staff are friendly and overall experience was nice
The breakfast was not the best, it needed more variety and could need an upgrade
