Very bad customer service, bad English communication, there were no available staffs to assist me. Dirty and old apartment, no table tissue and water. There were no personal care equipments to stay. When I asked to fix the issues but no one answered me, they only sent a cleaner who did not know anything to talk to me. TV not working, dirty kitchen, toilet and bedrooms. They only quickly replied for money

Cons:

Booked for a room for 2 nights under $50 usd. At check in, the host said the room was un-safe, got electrical issues and still working on it. So they gave me another room upgrade but cost me $5-10 USD more. So I took the room, did not inspected the room condition after paid the host. Room got pets in kitchen, on the living room ceiling, used condom under main bed, no toothbrush and toothbrush paste. Even no toilet paper. This place was a trash place for couples bang each other

The building itself is awesome because you have everything right there—it's located right in the Vinhomes Central Park complex, so you have the park, mall, and plenty of restaurants for entertainment. It's in a really good central spot, so getting around the city is quick and easy. Perfect if you want a luxury vibe with plenty of amenities without the crazy hotel price

Căn hộ nằm trong khu Vinhomes nên đi lại khá tiện, vừa dễ bắt xe vừa gần nhiều quán ăn và cửa hàng tiện lợi, nhiều trung tâm thương mại và nhiều hoạt động giải trí khá ok. Vị trí này ở ngắn ngày hay dài ngày đều thấy hợp vì cái gì cũng có sẵn quanh đây.
