Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top. Près de tout les quartiers intéressants à visiter.

Lovely clean hotel with great staff
Pros:

Lovely fancy hotel, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Tom was great and helped us with our bags. Beautiful rooms, very clean. Great value for money.

Cons:

One of toilets did get blocked and it couldn’t be fixed untill the next morning but there’s a toilet in the lobby so it was okay.

wonderful stay in Hanoi
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, have windows, and are very clean.

The location is great, with many local restaurants and cafés nearby, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy authentic food.

The service was also very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I will happily come back again on my next visit to Hanoi.

Pros:

Great hôtel, great location and lovely staff. I loved staying here, the room was so luxurious and I think those are the fluffiest pillows I’ve ever slept on in my life! Room is cleaned everyday, staff are very helpful if you need anything and it’s so close to the old town. Will definitely be back!

Awesome!
Pros:

Beautiful property hidden in a alley. It was everything we needed for the night. Clean, large rooms with a washer machine and a rack to dry you clothes. The staff was super nice and helpful the entire time. We were taking the night train to Sapa and they kept our luggage in the hotel until is was time for us to depart. They were awesome! It’s also super close to the museum of literature and other fun places

Cons:

The shower of our room needs some drain cleaning. It took a long time for the water to drain
