Awesome!
Pros:

Beautiful property hidden in a alley. It was everything we needed for the night. Clean, large rooms with a washer machine and a rack to dry you clothes. The staff was super nice and helpful the entire time. We were taking the night train to Sapa and they kept our luggage in the hotel until is was time for us to depart. They were awesome! It’s also super close to the museum of literature and other fun places

Cons:

The shower of our room needs some drain cleaning. It took a long time for the water to drain

Pros:

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, cơ sở vật chất còn khá mới và được giữ gìn tốt. Vị trí rất thuận tiện, chỉ mất vài phút đi bộ là tới Văn Miếu nên phù hợp cho việc tham quan. Các bạn nhân viên lễ tân thân thiện và hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình. Gia đình mình có để quên đồ sau khi trả phòng và được bạn Nguyên ở lễ tân hỗ trợ liên hệ, tìm kiếm và xử lý rất nhanh chóng.

Pros:

Endroit très original et privé.

Cons:

Je n'ai jamais eu avant dans tous mes voyages faire le check-in après 16h et le check-out avant 11h. On parle de moins de 12 heures.
Je ne suis pas non plus habitué à traiter mes inquiétudes avec personne. J'ai tout le temps communiqué par cette application. Je ne trouve pas ça très chaleureux. Est-ce-que c'est dû aux temps modernes ?

Pros:

The room was actually an apartment, with a kitchenette and a washing machine. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

There is nothing much else. No restaurant, the main road is sort of spooky to walk after 8 pm.
