Pros:

Çalışanlar gerçekten çok güleryüzlü ve samimi. İstisnasız her konuda en hızlı şekilde organizasyon yapıyorlar. Bir de küçük bir sarman kedileri var, sizi onunla karşılıyorlar 😇 Normalde 1 gece konaklayacak şekilde rezervasyon yapmıştım ancak 1 gece daha uzattım. Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Fotoğraflarda belirtildiği gibiydi. Peyzaj çok güzel düzenlenmiş, yeşilin her tonunu görüyorsunuz. Havuzda bir içecek eşliğinde vakit geçirmenizi tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltısı bir Vietnam oteline göre gayet başarılı ve yeterliydi (ayrıca tertemizdi), şahsen memnun kaldım. Akşam masaj ayarladım, uzun bir günün ardından çok iyi geldi. Burası kırsal bir bölge, bunu unutmamak lazım. Dolayısıyla konumu merkezde değildi ancak Grab uygulamasından taksi çağırmak çok kolay ve burada oldukça yaygın. 10dk içerisinde gideceğiniz yerlere ulaşıyorsunuz. Yalnız gezen bir kadın olarak endişe edeceğim tek bir durum yaşamadım (akşam geç saatler de dahil). Görülecek bütün yerleri motorla gezdim. Otelde küçük çocuklarıyla konaklayan kişiler de vardı ve herkes halinden çok memnun görünüyordu 🤓 Hanoi'ye dönmek için bana SUV araç ile yine çok hızlı şekilde transfer ayarladılar. Ayrıca otelde aldığım tüm hizmetlerin ödemesini kart ile yaptım.

Pros:

The staff was great, always ready to help. Our room was fantastic—big, with a beautiful bathroom and bathtub included. We even had a little terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy drinks. The breakfast was more than enough, generous, and with many options to choose from. The location was perfect for our needs: away from the busy touristy area, but close enough to visit the main spots, set right in the middle of a peaceful rice paddy. The pool was great and open all the time, with a fantastic bar—the only downside was a few mosquitoes. They provide bicycles to move around, although we rented a motorcycle. It is worth mentioning the love and care all the staff showed toward the feline receptionist ;-), which says a lot about them. We will definitely visit again!

Great stay + great breakfast
Pros:

The resort was beautiful, especially the bathrooms. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating with recommendations and enquiries. Breakfast was lovely

Cons:

The road is not easily accessible as one way long narrow road, which is not great with cars coming from opposite directions. We were happy with the scooters we rented but however got them with an empty tank and one half tank that we had to fill up, which we felt should be given with a full tank. Our tv was also not working and unable to be fixed which was a bummer but overall everything else was great.

Beautiful sanctuary within the rice fields to relax and unwind.
Pros:

Great to have a pool to relax around after sightseeing. Food was great with a nice selection of dishes and drinks. Bed was huge and comfortable within a spacious room.
Staff was friendly and helpful when I had to print out documents.

Cons:

The private tour we selected was disappointing however that was the fault of the guide not really hotel.

What a beautiful green OASIS! Loved it!
Pros:

What a beautiful OASIS in the middle of the ricefields around Ninh Binh. Very much enjoyed our stay here. Relaxed atmosphere around the pool, so nice and green - perfect spot to calm down and relax between all the sightseeing.

Everything!!!! Wish we stayed longer and the surrounding of the resort is soo relaxing and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!!!

Pick this hotel is really worth it!
Pros:

The entire property, rooms, pool, the fact that they have free bicycles for renting. The staff was great and really helpful!! Really a great location and good value.

The staff at the reception even helped guide us wherw to go to visit forst, if it s worrh cycling there or if it s better to take a taxi.
Genuinely we had a great stay.

Cons:

The shower head had little to no pressure and water temperature was fluctuating a lot. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT!!!
