Pros:

Everything was perfect fr. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Benny. They made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay at Madelise Palace Hotel again!

Pros:

This hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so I found it very convenient. I arrived on a weekend and was surprised to find a night market right near the hotel. Although cars are prohibited in the evenings on weekends, that wasn't a big problem for me because when I booked a Grab, I only had to walk a few dozen meters to reach the driver's pick-up point. Furthermore, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were always welcoming and incredibly friendly.

Das Hotel war ausgezeichnet! Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal und alles war leicht zu erreichen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets höflich, professionell und haben dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich während meines Aufenthalts willkommen gefühlt habe. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent—right in the city center, making it very convenient to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and local shops on foot.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I will gladly stay here again on my next trip!

Best place to stay if you want to close to people. Right at the bursting street with many shop, spa, bar. Receptionist are friendly, Kansey, Tho and Hung help me alot in this stay. Room are clean, staff are quick on support.

We did not miss a single thing and felt incredibly comfortable throughout our entire stay. It was just indescribably beautiful. What truly made our experience special was the outstanding team. A huge thank you to Selin, Jenny, and Liam! They made everything humanly possible for us and went above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Great location, comfortable and awesome staff
Pros:

Centrally located in old quarter, close to all shops, cafes, nightlife. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask them, and they went out of their way to help whenever possible. Nicely presented room in a unique style.
