Cons:

The service attitude was really good, but the sheets weren't changed and the dirt was quite obvious. At night, you could hear people talking in the hallway very clearly in the room, so the soundproofing isn't great.

Very amazing place the workers are very kind and friendly and are flexible with check out. Clean room close the the best restaurant and bars in Hanoi. I would hear again 10/10. Best spot in Hanoi.
