Pros:

Very convenient location - close to the beach and lots of cafe-restaurants, also the big good supermarket in a mall just opposite. Bar on the top floor with beautiful views all around. The hotel is new and is very pleasant

Luxe, comfortabel hotel op loopafstand van winkelcentra en strand.
Pros:

De kamer was fantastisch. Groot met 3 bedden in 2 af te sluiten kamers. 2 grote televisies, een bankstel en 2 balkons. We zaten op de 30ste verdieping met een heel mooi uitzicht. Het duurde wel lang voordat je met de lift kon ondanks dat er veel liften waren.

Personeel bij de deur is heel aardig. De rest van het personeel is nogal afstandelijk. Strand en winkelcentra zijn op loopafstand. Ontbijt is heel uitgebreid.

Шикарный номер премьер . Ванна с панорамным окном . Хорошая звукоизоляция , шум с улицы практически не мешал

Cons:

На завтраке абсолютно нечего есть . Каждый день одинаковой ассортимент . Не говорят , что завтракать можно на 28 этаже , только 2 и 3 . Для такого уровня гостиницы питание отвратительное .
И большие проблемы с лифтом . В час пик его можно просто не дождаться . Если живешь на верхних этажах , то будешь останавливаться на каждом забирать людей . Персонал об этом знает , но ничего с этим сделать не могут

We love our stay here!
Pros:

The hotel is located on the second block from the beach close enough to easily walk to the main area, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the bustling streets. Lotte Mart is also just a few minutes’ walk away, which was very convenient.

The triple room was spacious and comfortable for three people, and we especially enjoyed the partial sea view from the balcony.

We truly loved our stay here!

Cons:

The breakfast variety could be improved. On our first morning, we arrived around 9:00 a.m., and several items had not been replenished. There were no juice glasses available, and parts of the buffet felt like they had run out. As a result, we chose to skip breakfast at the hotel on the second and third days and ate outside instead.

The room was clearly designated as non-smoking; however, we occasionally noticed a strong smell of smoke coming from the bathroom, likely from another room. We reported this to the receptionist, and the issue was resolved promptly, which we appreciated.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The location close to all attractions and the beautiful sea view and to see the sunrise in the morning. Breakfast they had a big verity to choose from. Then a special thanks to Quincy that arranged our transport to and from Dalat, also being of help when we needed it, thank you Quincy. Would recommend hotel.

All good even coming back for one more night stay

Pros:

В целом неплохой отель , рядом с пляжем. Понравились завтраки.

Cons:

Уборку нужно улучшить: пол вообще не моют, а постельное белье не меняли ни разу за всю неделю нашего пребывания! Также будьте готовы к шумным утрам из-за школы: с 7 утра там звучит громкая музыка и барабаны. Мои беруши не помогли, и я не могла ни разу выспаться утром за все время пребывания.

Хороший потенциал, но ужасное руководство.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, здание отеля сделано удобно, хороший спортзал.

Cons:

Руководство отеля лучше сменить, т.к они не заинтересованы в своей работе, персонал работает спустя рукава , но я,думаю это от отсутствия контроля.
