Das Personal war zwar immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings würde ich schon erwarten, das in so einem renommierten Hotel zumindest an der Rezeption in englischer Sprache kommuniziert werden kann. Dies war nur selten der Fall. Alles nur über eine Übersetzungs-App von Englisch auf Vietnamesisch zu machen, war etwas mühsam

Pros:

Các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ về việc do minh đặt 2 phòng ( phòng mình hạng cao nên mỗi tầng thì chỉ có 1 phòng ) nên các bạn đã làm thẻ cho minh đi dx 2 tầng ! Và tận tịn chỉ mình chỗ ăn !

Cons:

À đồ ăn sáng ko dc đa dạng như mấy chỗ mình đi! Bãi biển thì bạn phải đi bộ khoang 300m ! Nhưng phòng đẹp sạch sẽ cũng bù lại !

Pros:

Very convenient location - close to the beach and lots of cafe-restaurants, also the big good supermarket in a mall just opposite. Bar on the top floor with beautiful views all around. The hotel is new and is very pleasant
