Pros:

Ubytovanie má skvelú polohu : pár minút peši na pláže v okolí , reštaurácie obchody všetko. Personál bol extrémne milý a napomocný. V hoteli sme mali aj masáž, ktorá bola vynikajúca . Raňajky skvelé , veľký výber . Nádherný výhľad z izby.

Our family had a great time.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, especially Ms. Trang. We communicated through Zalo prior to our arrival and she helped arrange several things that we requested, including an awesome day cruise. She was really helpful and kind. The facilities are nice. There is a pool and sky bar on the top floor, along with a fitness center. There's a spacious restaurant on the 2nd floor and massage on the 4th floor. There's also a privately owned restaurant and cafe on the ground floor. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the room was very comfortable. It's difficult to get our family to agree on the comfiness of beds, but we all agreed that these were very comfortable. The location is great: it's on the main street, so there are plenty of restaurants and cafes right outside of the hotel entrance. There are also electrical shuttle carts that can take you anywhere on the island. The value can't be beat. We live in Hanoi and are already planning a trip for Winter Break.

Cons:

The only (very minor) "complaint" I would have is that there are no towels at the swimming pool. If you ask the attendants for one, they will tell you to wait for three minutes. So, I just wish that they would either keep some up there or let you know that you need to bring one from your room before going for a swim.

Relaxing and wonderful stay!
Pros:

Amazing facilities, a restaurant for lunch & dinner if you fancy something easy. Amazing spa and rooftop bar view was amazing at sunset. The room was big, clean and a great window view. The location was right in town and walkable to all the beaches and attractions. The staff were super helpful too. Just what we wanted

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gut gelegen und rundum perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Von der Poolbar kann man den Sonnenuntergang hervorragend beobachten.
