Vị trí đẹp, mặt tiền biển, qua đường là thấy biển. Rất tốt cho tắm biển.
Vệ sinh thật sự đáng báo động, mình ở 2 ngày nhưng rác ở hành lang đúng 2 ngày còn nguyên đó, có thể là lâu hơn nữa, các phòng để đồ không sử dụng không khóa lại, để nhìn vào nó bừa bộn, nó rất là khó chịu, khách sạn nhỏ, hành lang thiếu sáng rồi nên cần vệ sinh hơn. Ga giường mình cảm tường là không có thay á, sao nó không được trắng.

Không có đồ dùng vệ sinh cá nhân, báo lễ tân 2-3 lần, đến khi mình xuống tận nơi thì lễ tân bảo khách sạn hết đồ dùng cá nhân, chưa mua. Phòng chỉ có đèn ngủ, k có đèn phòng. Tủ lạnh mini gãy phích cắm. Quá tệ

I am writing to inform you about an issue with my recent booking at Nami Hotel Nhatrang. At the last minute, I received a message from the hotel stating:
“We are sorry, but this room type is fully booked. The system has updated the number of rooms incorrectly, we sincerely apologize.”
Because of this, I was unable to stay at the hotel. I am very disappointed as this caused inconvenience to my travel plans.
