Đặt phòng không ngay cuối tuần. Đặt trước cả tháng nhưng lúc quay lại nhận phòng báo hết phòng. Đề nghị đổi từ 3 phòng xuống 2. Mình không đồng ý thì pass qua khách sạn bên cạnh có giá cao hơn. Phải thanh toán chênh lệch.
Ни чего. Я забронировал номер на сутки думал осмотрюсь и сниму что то получше. А потом решил чего бегать и забронирован на все остальные дни.
Когда я приехал в отель после перелета. Мне сказали мест нет и не будет. Если хотите мы вызовем вам такси и езжайте в другой отель. Отмените на букинге Юрой и идите на . ..на рецепции сидели люди которые тоже забронировали номер с видом на море и приехали вчера. Но их поселили в кладовку без кондиционера и деньги не возвращали. Я думал такого не бывает . Но вот оно есть и в данный момент когда мест нет на букинге места есть и отель подтверждает бронь
New staff were genuinely trying their best and the effort was noticeable. The hotel has a good foundation and real potential to be a great property. The view is really nice on the 5+ floor.
Needs a hands-on manager or owner who is actually present to inspect and maintain the property - some rooms showed signs of mold that need to be addressed.
I asked to reserve a room for several months, reception said okay no problem, but their system in the google calendar gave up later and they had to give room for another person that booked it.
The booking system needs an upgrade; replacing the current Google Calendar setup with something that connects all booking platforms would make operations far smoother. I actually reached out through Booking com offering to help with the IT and organizational side of things for free - unifying their booking systems, improving communication tools - but never received any response. The property just needs someone engaged enough to take it
Tệ, sáng ghé gửi balo vẫn check có tên, chiều về nhận phòng thì lễ tân báo kín phòng, hỗ trợ qua hotel kế bên giá 300k, nhưng mình đặt phòng rồi, lại bán cho khách khác giá cao hơn, thiết nghĩ hotel không nên bán phòng cuối tuần trên booking, hoặc đặt phòng yêu cầu thanh toán luôn để giữ phòng cho khách. Tệ, bực vào người, sẽ khuyến cáo bạn bè, người thân không bao giờ book ở hotel này.

На входе кипиш всегда(точка туроператора) чуть стул ее не двигал чтоб в отель попасть.на улице музыка всю ночь.
