Đã đặt phòng rồi mà khi đến liên hệ lễ tân ko được mặc dù ngày hôm trước đã gọi điện và nhắn tin trực tiếp với lễ tân ks. Lúc đến gọi hơn 10 cuộc và đợi ngoài đường 30 phút lễ tân mới xuống. Khi cung cấp mã phòng thì lễ tân bắt đợi thêm. 15 phút nữa để kiểm tra xem còn phòng trống không và bảo bên ks không đảm bảo còn đủ phòng cho đoàn. Chúng tôi đợi thêm. 30 phút nữa vẫn ko thấy lễ tân xuất hiện nên đành kéo vali và đi thuê chổ khác. Ks làm ăn kiểu lừa đảo, mất dạy

The worst hotel in my life
The worst hotel in my life. Не работающий кондиционер, бестолковый персонал, заброшенный ресепшен, антисанитарные условия, грязные полы, отсутствие полотенец, грязные рваные и прожжены одеяла, я устал писать.
Отель на ремонте, но номера продолжают сдавать. Грязно, воняет и ответ один: персонал ушел, войдите в положение.

Terrible experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
There were many cockroaches, the room smelled awful, and there was dirt everywhere. The cheaper rooms have no natural light or windows to the outside, which makes the room feel even worse.
The staff were also a major problem. They barely speak any English and seemed completely uninterested in trying to communicate or help.
On top of that, the electricity kept going out repeatedly, and one day we were without electricity for more than 7 hours.
Overall, a terrible experience. You really do get what you pay for here — cheap can end up being very expensive. I would not stay here again.
