Pros:

Modern with great views and staff were very accomodating to any request.

Very comfy bed + affordable 5*
Pros:

Very comfy bed. Staff were really attentive. Only stayed for one night before a cruise but would’ve stayed longer just for the hotel.

Cons:

Not much around the hotel, quite cut off from rest of area.

Pros:

Es un excelente hotel en Halong, con buen personal. Muy atentos y amables. La pasamos muy bien y disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estadía, aunque corta, pero excelente. Espero regresar y quedarme más tiempo. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo del hotel.

Above and beyond customer service from Chi and Yen.
Pros:

Above and beyond customer service from start to finish, especially from Chi who arrange for all our needs during the stay and Yen who help us with arranging transport to our next destination. I would recommend this to mu friends coming to Ha Long. My favorite accommodation so far. Will definitely come back for the exceptionally good service and wonderfully comfortable stay.
