Cons:

宿泊前に口コミを書かせて、高い評価を得ているのだと思いました。ホテル周辺も臭いがキツく、汚い街であまり心地よくはなかったです。廊下もエアコン設備がなく暑く、これで5つ星か…とがっかりしました。

Good Stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious. The gym is very well equipped. Breakfast options are plenty and a very good range. Breakfast starts at 6:30 am in the morning and that's very helpful if you want to start your day early. Overall very clean hotel and the staff was also very good - Tammy helped us with our airport transfer as well. We had a early morning flight so the staff was kind enough to pack some breakfast for us.

Cons:

We had booked a room with a balcony but our balcony had no view at all. It faced a wall so we didn't end up using the balcony at all. The pool was not as big as we expected and was crowded all the time. The location is slightly far off but they have shuttle busses going to the old town every few minutes.

The best of the three hotels we stayed at in Hoi An. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to ensure guest comfort—we experienced this firsthand. Excellent breakfast, plus shuttle service to the city and the beach. Our room was on the 7th floor and offered a superb view. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

The first day of the massage was wonderful; I felt relief afterward. The next day, a different specialist performed the massage, and I didn't like it.

Un po lontana dal centro storico diciamo e poi avevo chiesto di lavarmi delle magliette e di lavarle stirarle e piegarle invece le hanno solo lavate senza stirarle

One of the best hotels we have stayed on!
Pros:

Beautiful and clean hotel with great staff!
The two guys in the lobby always smiled and welcome us every day when we went in / out.
My kids miss them and said they were so kind and lovely!
Good breakfast and we loved the breakfast view to the garden.
The shutle bus to old town and the beach was a great offer!
We highly recommended this amazing hotel :)

Pros:

A beautiful property with two lovely pools, a great breakfast and very comfortable rooms. The free shuttle also made it easy to get to the Old Town and the beach. Staff were super friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!
