Cannot recommend Little Oasis Hoi An enough. Before our trip to Da Nang and Hoi An, I spent a lot of time reading accommodation reviews, and this hotel kept coming up highly recommended by Taiwanese travelers. I’m so glad I followed those recommendations and booked a two-night stay here.

From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations. Celine at the front desk welcomed us warmly, smoothly handled our check-in, and thoughtfully explained all hotel facilities and services, including the shuttle schedule to Hoi An Ancient Town, which made planning our stay so much easier.

The entire hotel has such a calming atmosphere, with a natural lemongrass scent throughout the public areas and rooms. Our room had a private balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery of Hoi An, and the bathroom was stunning — especially the large bathtub, which made our stay feel even more luxurious.

Although we experienced a minor issue with a clogged shower drain on the first night, it was handled immediately and professionally. Lisa from the front desk not only resolved the issue quickly but also checked in with us personally during breakfast on both mornings to make sure everything was perfect. Her attentiveness truly stood out and made us feel genuinely cared for.

On our departure day, she even helped arrange an airport transfer at a better price than Grab, and the lobby staff kindly assisted us with our luggage from start to finish. Every single staff member we met was warm, helpful, and professional — the level of hospitality here is exceptional.

One small tip: if you can handle the heat, don’t miss breakfast in the outdoor area. Watching the adorable water buffalo nearby made the experience even more memorable and unique.

This stay honestly exceeded every expectation we had. Little Oasis Hoi An is not just a hotel — it’s an experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An without hesitation.

The hotel has an exceptionally friendly and helpful team. The hotel has great facilities with 2 pools, with the top floor a child friendly pool. Our children absolutely love their stay, the pool and the koi fishes. They also have an onsite gymnasium, spa and restaurant. The bedrooms are very clean (booked 2 connecting rooms), well presented, great bathtub and lovely view of the field and buffalos behind our room (kids loved them).

Tony and team greets us with a smile each time we leave the hotel and come back and assists with opening the doors and our luggages with a genuinely happy attitude.

I would recommend staying at this hotel in Hoi An and will definitely be back here when we visit again!

The Location is perfect, everything is in walking distance.
Rooms, i think they are going through renovation but it was decent, due to the street structure there is very less fresh air or light coming into the room.

The Staff were so friendly and helpful right from the moment we arrived to the time we left the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and the variety was great. The rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable. We took the hotel into the Old Town several times and it proved very popular and comfortable in the heat. We would like to thank all the staff to many to name for their hospitality and service.

Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich herzlich und das Personal während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und unseren ursprünglich geplanten Aufenthalt deshalb verlängert. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten, den Fluss und die Wasserbüffel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, entspannt und nie überlaufen. Für Familien ist das Hotel hervorragend geeignet. Unsere Kinder haben den Koifisch-Teich mit den täglichen Fütterungen sowie die beiden Pools sehr geliebt. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sind Restaurants, Cafés, Massagen und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff is very friendly. I didn't expect such great service for the price I paid, it really is a high-end hotel at a very reasonable price.

Spacious, high quality rooms with all amenities required. Truly exceptional public areas with lavish layout and stylish furniture. The seamless integration with the internal flow onto the beautiful terraces brought the tropical garden atmosphere into the hotel. High praise for the design and ongoing maintenance of the garden spaces. Two rooftop pools added a luxury touch to the holiday. Exceptional Front of house and guest relations staff well done!
