Pros:

Staff very friendly and very helpful
Shuttles to Old Town or beach area excellent…. Always on time

Pros:

Very friendly staff, with everyone making sure your stay was comfortable. The room was very clean, and housekeeping maintained it daily to a high standard. The location is excellent—central to many great places to eat, all within walking distance, with two mini supermarkets nearby as well. Highly recommended. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and it was peaceful at night thanks to the excellent double glazing.

Lovely interior in this hotel

Cons:

Because of the open style of hotel foyer noise was an issue. Staff at the front desk were no where near as polite as other hotels especially the woman who seemed in charge. This hotel lacked any personal warmth from front desk day staff and this has been written about by other guests. They own a partner restaurant they suggest you visit which was absolutely awful. Also pushed a tailor. Nothing like other comparable level hotels in Hoi An

Pros:

Excellent accommodation and service! We loved the room, the location was convenient considering the shuttle bus service to the city center and the beach. The breakfast had plenty of healthy options, especially the salad bar and the local cuisine bar were amazing. We were very impressed by the overall service offered. Special thanks to Lisa and Luna for making sure our vacation was just perfect.

Magnifique hôtel, belles pisicines, chambre confortable, très bon petit déjeuner, personnel aimable.

Cons:

Nous avions cassé le verre pour mettre des brosses à dent dans la salle de bain. J'étais très embêtée, désolée et gênée de l'avoir cassé, j'ai biensure proposé de le rembourser si il le fallait par politesse. Ils m'ont demandé 1,80€ ce qui en soit n'est pas une grande somme mais j'étais gênée qu'un hôtel d'une si grande envergure me réclame cette somme...

Pros:

Es war mit Abstand unsere schönste Unterkunft, die wir jemals hatten! Wir kamen an und haben uns direkt gefühlt wie im Paradies. Die Lage war absolut perfekt: absolute Ruhe, aber dennoch ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Grab in die Stadt gefahren. Können es kaum erwarten, bald wieder zu kommen!

הצוות נהדר והיה קשוב לכל בקשותינו. המלון נקי ו
בתחילה, קיבלנו חדר שפונה לנוף לא מוצלח במיוחד ורועש קצת- אבל הועברנו לחדר אחר
שרות ההסעות לאיזור העיר העתיקה ולים מאד יעיל וחוסך גם כסף וגם התסקות מיותרת עם מוניות.
