Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich herzlich und das Personal während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten und unseren ursprünglich geplanten Aufenthalt deshalb verlängert. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten, den Fluss und die Wasserbüffel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, entspannt und nie überlaufen. Für Familien ist das Hotel hervorragend geeignet. Unsere Kinder haben den Koifisch-Teich mit den täglichen Fütterungen sowie die beiden Pools sehr geliebt. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sind Restaurants, Cafés, Massagen und Geschäfte bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das Internet war für normale Nutzung und Video-Meetings ausreichend, allerdings musste ich gelegentlich auf mein mobiles Datenpaket wechseln. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, sodass man Nachbarn teilweise hören kann. Das Fitnessstudio erfüllt seinen Zweck, die Auswahl an Geräten könnte jedoch größer sein, insbesondere für das Beintraining.
The hotel is very nice, and the staff is very friendly. I didn't expect such great service for the price I paid, it really is a high-end hotel at a very reasonable price.

Spacious, high quality rooms with all amenities required. Truly exceptional public areas with lavish layout and stylish furniture. The seamless integration with the internal flow onto the beautiful terraces brought the tropical garden atmosphere into the hotel. High praise for the design and ongoing maintenance of the garden spaces. Two rooftop pools added a luxury touch to the holiday. Exceptional Front of house and guest relations staff well done!

Очень приятная атмосфера. Прекрасные виды из ресторана, на реку и на поля. Бассейны небольшие, но чистые и тесноты не ощущалось. Девушки на ресепшене очень приветливые, во время завтрака подходят интересуются впечатлениями, делятся информацией, куда можно съездить. По совету съездили в бар с видом на рисовые поля и невероятные закаты. Трансфер на пляж и в Хоян был очень кстати. Номера хорошие, удобные. Все есть.
Соседи оставили дуриан в номере. Вонь стояла на весь этаж. Так как мы не знаем этого фрукта решили, что пахнет газом, не могли представить, что он на столько может пахнуть. Но персонал, то должен знать что дуриан так пахнет. Там еще стройка рядом мы испугались, что перебили трубу какую-то. В итоге нам пришлось съехать из нашего номера с чудесным видом, в номер с видом на стену. Так как мы переживали за свою безопасность.

Very friendly staff, with everyone making sure your stay was comfortable. The room was very clean, and housekeeping maintained it daily to a high standard. The location is excellent—central to many great places to eat, all within walking distance, with two mini supermarkets nearby as well. Highly recommended. The views from the balcony were beautiful, and it was peaceful at night thanks to the excellent double glazing.

Lovely interior in this hotel
Because of the open style of hotel foyer noise was an issue. Staff at the front desk were no where near as polite as other hotels especially the woman who seemed in charge. This hotel lacked any personal warmth from front desk day staff and this has been written about by other guests. They own a partner restaurant they suggest you visit which was absolutely awful. Also pushed a tailor. Nothing like other comparable level hotels in Hoi An
Excellent accommodation and service! We loved the room, the location was convenient considering the shuttle bus service to the city center and the beach. The breakfast had plenty of healthy options, especially the salad bar and the local cuisine bar were amazing. We were very impressed by the overall service offered. Special thanks to Lisa and Luna for making sure our vacation was just perfect.
