Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us. we enjoyed our stay and tour in Hanoi

They serve breakfast early and offer takeaway, so you can bring your food if you are joining an early tour. The location is great, near the Old Quarter and easy to get around the city. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. Room cleanliness is top-notch.

2 nights Hanoi Old Quarter
Pros:

Nice small hotel on the edge of the Old Quarter. Easy within walkable distance of the Old Quarter just by crossing the main road by foot bridge. Not suitable for people with poor movement. Steps in hotel lobby to first floor to rech the elevator. Our room was on the side of the building and surpricingly quiet from any road noise. Unfortunately next to the elevator shaft (room 505) so you hear some noise of that. Mainly in the mornings! Rooms are clean but small. Would not recommend this room for plus size people! I was able to push my opened up suitcase under the bed and that saved space. No place spare otherwise to put a opened up suitcase. Bathroom had a closed off shower compartment with great water pressure and good cold and hot water. Toilet ok. Wash basin ok but not much space to put personal items. Breakfast was included and was outstanding. Good hotel for exploring Hanoi Old Quarter.

Cons:

No major dislikes.

Pros:

Very nice location just a few steps away from the old quarter. Our room was very spacious and provided us with everything u need for the time you are there. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the rooftop terrace at night. Only thing that could be improved would be more vegetarian/vegan breakfast options, other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel près du centre-ville de la vieille ville. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Le personnel top la chambre bien. Parfait pour une immersion dans Hanoï.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, helpful and polite. Nothing was too hard for them to organise for you. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. Every day there was fresh water provided. Breakfast was made fresh for you from a menu. The room was super quiet to the outside noise. I liked tea and coffee in the room, especially in the beautiful cups. Location close to the old city was good.

Cons:

Too much light in the room at night. From the frosted glass bathroom door and window, not blockout curtains and from the light on the air conditioning. The shower was unable to be adjusted, just hot or cold, and the pressure was very weak.

Pros:

The staff were great help during our travel. I came with my senior parents and hey helped arrange transport to the airport. The breakfast options were limited but it was good. Authentic pho was delicious. It came with fruits and unlimited drinks.

Cons:

There was one electrical outlet in our room that didn’t work. It was not a big deal.
