Very hood location. I am happy with my stay at this hote.
Pros:

Friently and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room is very small making moving around difficult. The staff should be more knowledgeable to guide tourist for example shopping.

La struttura è in centro, vicino al lago e a tutti i vari vicoletti del quartiere vecchio.

Cons:

La colazione è un po’ deludente e soprattutto il locale è molto caldo, seppure abbiano messo vari ventilatori.

Pros:

Right in the center, so we could visit several tourist spots even by foot.
If you want a central, convenient stay in Hanoi that is nit expensive, this is it.
Food stalls nearby.
I love the noodle house just infront of it.

Cons:

The aircon takes time to cool. Probbably because it was very hot outside and my room got direct sun.

Pros:

Địa điểm ngay khu Phố cổ, gần hồ Hoàn Kiếm rất tiện để đi tham quan, dạo mát, đi bộ. Khách sạn cung cấp bữa sáng đa dạng, có nhiều món như phở, bánh mì, cơm chiên… có kèm theo trái cây, nước uống. Nói chung là ăn ngon và tiện lợi.

Great stay at the Silk Castle for my visit to Hà Nội!
Pros:

Excellent location in the Old Hanoi Quarter and near restaurants, cafes, street life, Hoan Kiem Lake, etc. Great staff—Thanh, Pepper, and the others were very helpful! Breakfast staff were great.
