Pros:

I am actually satisfied with my stay at the resort. The room had enough power outlets, a comfortable bed, and a great location.
Easy checkin. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Overall all lovely experience staying at the herre.

Lovely spa break hotel
Pros:

Fantastic property with great comfortable rooms & bathrooms. Sadly pool too cold for me. Breakfast was a full variety of buffet.

Sapa sweet Sapa
Pros:

Lady Hill was a retreat in every sense of the word. The staff were amazing! The front desk was so incredibly helpful. Our driver, Nam, set up by the hotel, was fantastic! We loved our room. Private, spacious, and spa like. I highly recommend this resort.

I didn't get to stay long enough.
