Excellent location - clean and fabulous hotel. The wonderful large family room, large bathroom and very comfortable bed

The beds are huge and the rooms are spacious. The infinity pool is amazing when the weather is good the views are beautiful
The staff on the front desk are really unhelpful I asked for help on two separate occasions and she couldn’t be bothered to help by any means.
With the day passes the pool is way too packed that there’s barely any space in the inside pool.
Bathroom door is on a roller and wouldn’t stay closed at all, also the body wash wasn’t filled before we arrived
The breakfast and dinner was very average and overpriced.
You have to get a grab down to the town which isn’t an issue they usually arrive quickly

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist. A special thank you to our porter, Quang Vinh, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. The staff are amazing and so attentive. Room with Mountain View’s was a dream to wake up to. Best part is that it is located just outside fanispan cable car. Hotel has free buggy drop off and pickup to the cable car which was a good touch.
The location on top of the mountain if you need to eat you will need to get a taxi. Hotel restaurant not good for halal eating people. Once you get to the bottom of the mountain by the square there are a few halal restraunts. The pool closing time is 7pm. Way too early felt like I had to rush back to make most of the money spent on accommodation and use the pool etc. The free shuttle to city centre last drop off is 4pm. Again way to early as after a long day out you would want to relax shower swim then go out. So there should be later shuttle goign to the city centre.
Proximity to Sunworld Fansipan and just a 10-min drive to town. Staff were great and rooms were nice.
