Very cozy and nice hotel
Pros:

Cozy og beautiful hotel, very nice staff and serviceminded reception. Good breakfast. Good burger, papayasalad and chicken cashew.

Cons:

We needed a fan in addition to ac to get the room cold enough to sleep.

Pros:

I think this hotel is really good value for the money you pay, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms clean and modern, the pool is large.. perfect stay and only a 5 min walk from the old town.

I really can’t say anything bad about this trip or the hotel

We had a wonderful stay at La Charm Hoi An Hotel—it was the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam! The service was exceptional, the location was perfect, and the food was delicious.
A very special thank you to the staff for creating a beautiful birthday decoration for our daughter. It made her day truly unforgettable. We also really appreciated that they offered gluten-free options for her, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Nice day very accommodating only problems with the spa being closed. Which would’ve been fine, had we been notified?
Pros:

The staff is very kind and courteous. The property is immaculate. The rooms are very nice.

Cons:

I stated this property a few years ago and they had a lovely spa. I made an appointment to take my friend to this lovely spa, but was not notified that it was either under construction or closed and we had to walk down to another spa. The treatment we received at the spa was very nice but privacy was limited and it wasn’t what I had asked for. I wanted to get a treatment at that property otherwise I would’ve gone to another high-end spa.
