Absolutely perfect Hotel. Staff, food, location - A++
Pros:

Excellent location, quiet but on the edge of the action. Very beautiful touches. Old worldy but modern comforts. Small balcony to sit on. Staff soooooo good at their job. A+ professionalism. We will be back, I can't imagine a nicer place to stay.

Boutique with delightful views!
Pros:

We loved this hotel. Location was very convenient just a short walk to ancient town. Food and facilities were excellent and staff extremely helpful and welcoming.

Absolutely "CHARMING"
Pros:

What an absolutely "charming" hotel. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the rootops and canals of the historic old town. The bed was really comfortable and the TV had many options. This hotel is in a really good position with easy access to the Historic centre. If you cant walk there are always electric buggies parked in the street to take you to either the old town or An Bang Beach. (An Bang beach and the Deckhouse beach club really a highlight of our lazy lunchtime routine). The restaurant at the hotel has tasty dishes at reasonable prices. The staff are absolutely amazing and kind. The breakfast is ample. Unfortunately during our stay they didn't have any Hanoi Style Pho which we love. They also had a lovely birthday surprise for us in our room with decorated towels in yhe shape of a cute elephant and a cake. We loved our stay here the staff were great. It is important that we support small hotels like this to recover from the devasting floods in February 26 as the hotel was innudated by flood waters. We will definately be recommending it to our friends.

Cons:

Heat in hallways (a small suggestion to place portable fans in the hallways that woild assist). The only thing that could be better is to install grab handrails to hold onto in order to access pool. Doing this small and inexpensive installation will greatly assist people with disabilities / mobility issues to safely enjoy this facilities.

Excellent service by Ms. Thao at the reception. And the restaurant manager Mr B exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended to everyone who is planning to stay in Hoi An. We stayed 3 nights at La Charm. I must say the hotel is cozy, excellent breakfast with variety of asian choices and lovely staffs are cherry on top. La Charm deserves more recognition. 💗 Shoutout to Ms Thao for going above and beyond. Would love to comeback again.

お値段以上のサービスを受けられるホテル。
Pros:

接客の質の高さ、部屋が清潔で虫はいない、ポーターの仕事の早さ、ドライヤーがパナソニック製だった。
日本人にはとても合うホテルだと思いました。

Cons:

立地がもう少し中心地に近かったらよかったと思った。

Well located next to multiple minimarkets, coffee shops, laundry shops.
Pool was long enough to do laps.
Breaking was good

Cons:

Staff is friendly and contact you well in advance to ask when you are arriving. So even if i shared days in advance my arrival time they still made me wait to join my room

Bel emplacement a 2 minutes de marche du marché de nuit.
Pros:

L’accueil, les employés souriant,belle chambre avec balcon.
