Pros:

El personal es atento y servicial. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y la cama era enorme y muy cómoda. La piscina una maravilla para sobrevivir al calor, y el desayuno era perfecto!! Muchas gracias por todo! Si volviéramos a Hoi An nos alojaríamos de nuevo en este hotel.

Cons:

Nada, el único inconveniente fue que algunos huéspedes no guardaban silencio en los pasillos, pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento!

Fantastique séjour
Pros:

Un personnel attentionné et attentif, tout en étant chaleureux. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, un lit géant !
A l'écart de la cohue mais très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Vélos gratuits à disposition, piscine, tout est parfait. Un séjour exceptionnel.

Pros:

Trés bon accueil à la réception de Mrs Nga à l'arrivée. La décoration avec les lanternes au rez-de-chaussée et de la partie restaurant est originale au Vietnam.... L'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié, la piscine et les transats sont les bienvenus, la chambre était très agréable. Les déplacements "taxis" en ville avec des véhicules au design à l'ancienne s'intègrent parfaitement à Hoï An.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue bien au calme et se trouve â 8 minutes du "old historic". Hoï An est également profitable à l'achat de costumes ou de robes sur mesures.

We loved the location. Walking distance to the old town but so quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The staff were wonderful! Def recommend!

The pool could have had a few more beds but space was lacking.

An enjoyable visit to Hoi A with La Charm very welcoming to stay at.
Pros:

A hotel which reflects its name! Lovely staff and extremely helpful and Nga gave great advice about local places to visit.

Cons:

The pool was too warm, the bed too hard and the air conditioning could work better.

Localisation et service au petits soins
Pros:

La décoration est vraiment charmante. Les points forts sont la localisation proche de la vieille ville mais au calme, le petit déjeuner excellent et le service attentionné.
Il est agréable de se reposer autour de la piscine.
Il y a énormément d’options végétariennes au buffet du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les ascenseurs et les couloirs ne sont pas climatisés.

Wunderschönes Wohlfühlhotel etwas abseits vom Trubel
Pros:

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Herrlich ruhig mit Blick auf die Reisfelder und etwas abseits des Trubels. Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer und schöner Pool. Super freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Es gibt außerdem mehrmals täglich einen Shuttle in die Altstadt und an den Strand. Preis Leistung ist wirklich hervorragend! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!
