Overall, this was a great hotel with friendly staff and great location. I recommend.
Pros:

Would definitely recommend staying here. Staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was delicious (lots of fresh fruit every morning), clean spacious rooms and great location just outside the old town, so quiet but very central.

Staff has to be better than anyone anywhere I’ve ever stayed. No joke!

Excellente situation géographique pour visiter Hoi An, à l'écart de la cohue. Mise à disposition de vélos pour vous rendre à la vielle ville, située à 500m à vol d'oiseau.

Cons:

Staff pushing us to book the Memories show as soon as we had arrived. It was very commercial, seats were too far away to see the show and English translation was too far away to see. Not good value for money.

Pros:

여기 숙소는 왜 5성급이 아닌지 모르겠음.
인포에 있는 직원들은 전부 친절하고 관광지를 추천해달라고 했을 때 투어하는 곳이랑 연결해줘서 다른 곳보다 싸게 체험할 수 있었음.
숙소 또한 높은 층으로 업그레이드 해줘서 좋은 전망에서 잘 수 있었음.
수영장은 0.6 ~ 1.8m깊이까지 있어서 어린이부터 어른까지 다들 재밌게 놀 수 있음.
다음에 호이안을 가게된다면 여기 숙소를 예약할 것임.

수영장 옆건물이 공사중인게 아쉬웠음.
