Ideal para visitar Hoi An, a menos de 10 mtos caminando del centro. Habitaciones e instalaciones muy limpias, desayuno abundante, variado y rico. El personal muy amable, sobre todo los chicos de la puerta y las camareras del restaurante.
La piscina es enorme y el gimnasio totalmente nuevo. La habitación en la que nos quedamos estaba muy limpia, era grande y cómoda.
El aire acondicionado hace algo de ruido aunque esté en el minimo de potencia.
Da simpatia, prestabilidade por parte de toda a equipa.

Beautiful, charming hotel (like the name alludes to :)) ideally situated a short distance away from the old town which could be reached in 10 minutes by a leisurely walk. Free bicycle rental was also available at the hotel in case you wanted to cycle instead. The staff were so friendly and kind and even accommodated our super late check-in at midnight with a smile.
The hotel is beautifully furnished with a very homely, welcoming feel and the room we stayed in was lovely with a huge bed and a very spacious bathroom with both a tub and shower. The offerings at breakfast were delicious with good options for vegetarians as well. We also took the opportunity to book massages at the hotel spa and these were heavenly and very reasonably priced.
We loved our stay here and will definitely return if we get a chance in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Charm Hotel. We stayed in connecting rooms, which were very clean, delightfully fresh-smelling, and looked exactly like the pictures online.
The pool area is a great, comfortable size and framed by a lovely, well-cared-for garden. Sitting by the pool in the evening was one of our favorite ways to unwind.
Having access to free bicycles was a huge plus, making it easy to enjoy a 30-minute ride to An Bang Beach. Beyond the amenities, the outstanding service really stood out. The entire team was incredibly warm and polite, handling any request instantly and with great care.
The food was another highlight. The breakfast spread was diverse, fresh, and delicious every day, and my husband claims it was the best Pho he ate during our entire trip across Vietnam! It truly felt like a home away from home, and we want to extend a big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable.
The location is excellent and very central. The room is beautiful, spacious, and clean.
We were told that the bicycles at the hotel were free to use, but no one explained that only certain bicycles were available for guests. We accidentally took bicycles that apparently belonged to a specific group. When we returned, a staff member shouted at my daughter, accused her of stealing, and demanded money. She started crying, and the whole incident left us with a very unpleasant experience.
At check-out, I was also asked to pay for bottled water. I understood that drinking water is usually complimentary in most hotels. In the end, I wasn’t charged, but the request itself made us feel uncomfortable.
Great location, just a few minutes walk from the old town. Clean rooms. Friendly & welcoming staff. Lovely pool to relax and get some relief from the heat. Highly recommended.
